This is a nice hotel for the most part but it does have some flaws. We stayed here for 3 nights as we were visiting schools in the area. Easy location on/off the highway, lots of free parking. Room and bathroom was a decent size and easy check in. This is about it. Weird/bad stuff: breakfast items were dismall, barely anyting to chose from, very small area, hard for a family to sit and eat. Paper thin walls. For 2 night my neightbor had an alarm set for 4:30 and then it kept going off every 15 minutes. We heard it like it was in our room and the person never got out of bed so no idea why it was set. Slamming doors - ALL night long! What was going on? Some kind of sketchy deals at 3 am? It was crazy. It's you average, built in 60 days HIE. We will not stay here again. They do not care if we don't come back but this is causing us to skip reserving at HI chain and moving to other chains like Marriott.…

Positives include above average breakfast and friendly staff, but our lingering memory is off the grubby carpets throughout... both within the corridors and particularly our room on the third floor. We didn't fancy going barefoot! The rest of the room was clean but the carpet should have been ditched long ago. There was a lovely big bed which was comfortable. We noticed the corridor carpets weren't vacuumed during the three days we stayed. That carpet was also way past its use-by-date. Once they switch those carpets it'll be a vast improvement.

Good location. Easy to find. The noise element is crazy here though. Doors closing echoed through the halls. I was in the front of the hotel and everything from sirens to semis on the interstate blared all night. The hotel is clean with great service and an above average free breakfast, but the noise is too much to overcome.

This could be a 5 star hotel IF they lower the rates slightly and fixed the sound problem. LOUD slamming doors up into the night and way too early in morning which vibrated the walls into our room. Not much sleep. But they have a very clean hotel through out, nice staff, great breakfast, good location/parking, and a Cracker Barrel in parking lot! Bring good ear plugs...Too bad.

From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, I was completely satisfied with my stay. The young women who checked me in was very sweet. I was surprised at the size of the room. Very spacious for a standard double queen bedroom. The bathroom also big and modern. Breakfast in the morning was quick and easy. The breakfast attendant was very nice to my father and I. I was surprised they had many options for hot breakfast. Even as we were getting ready to check out, the housekeeper in the hallway was very attentive and nice.

This is a great location, easy highway access to all things St. Pete! Hotel looks like it was recently renovated, nice king room and the whole place is very clean! Plenty of parking, front and rear. The staff were very user friendly and eager to assist anytime we had a question. Breakfast is cafeteria style however they did a very good job with all the things one would expect for breakfast foods. There's a ton of places close buy to eat and St Petersburg proper is a quick drive. This s a reasonable priced place to stay and well worth it.

We selected this hotel for our family’s trip to St. Petersburg and it was not a good experience. The room obviously had not been cleaned as evidenced by a pillow that had conspicuous light brown streaks of makeup on it and hair in the shower. I immediately called down to the front desk and could barely explain the problem before I was told someone would come up and the staff member hung up. No one ever came. We ended up getting bedding and changing our own sheets. We won’t be staying here again.

One night stay for three adults. Would stay here again. Pleasant greetings from all staff. Saw constant cleaning of common areas. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast area was staffed by a person who prepared plate and drink as requested so no extra touching of handles, lids, etc. Quickly cleaned tables and chairs after vacated. Impressed with their Covid processes.

Nice room. Great customer service. Quiet. Just not as clean as should be expected, especially in these covid times. Pics show it all. Shower door handle sopports inside doors were coated in soap scum. Outer bottom of shower had bacteria growing. Hook on inside of bathroom door had some kind of stuff around it. Lamp switch on wall had drips on it. The arm of the chair had some type of stuff on it. I did not expect any of this in this caliber of hotel.

I spend about 20 nights at this location yearly due to travel and have never had a single negative issue. The staff is always professional and courteous. Rooms are always clean and my requests are met with prompt assistance. I definitely recommend this location for confer and courtesy.
