I have been staying at Song of the Sea since 2001. Even though I have stayed at a few other places on the island, this is the place that feels most like home to me. I stay in a King-size pool-view room that has a well-equipped kitchenette, small bathroom, and large area for bed, a few chairs, and a flat-screen...

The location is on the beach as advertised, with a very relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in one of the beach front rooms second floor was recommended by the reservation staff, PERFECT view of the gulf. Accessibility to the beach to the pool is just right. The staff is exceptional, you need to just ask and you shall receive. If you...

My girlfriend and I just returned from a 2 night stay at the Song of the Sea. It was a spontaneous trip and we chose it based upon its high rating for romantic getaways on quick search of Tripadvisor. Upon check-in we met Sandy, she was very friendly and conversational and was more than willing to answer our questions and...

We have been back a week to the mainland (mid-west) from our yearly trip to Sanibel. It is the highlight of our year and we look forward to it each year. This year was just as wonderful. We stayed at Song of the Sea. This is where we always stay and fall in love with it all over again each...

Recently my wife and I stayed at the Song of the Sea. We stayed in one of the oceanfront king rooms on the second floor. First the good...nice size room, nicely furnished, a view of the pool and ocean. The grounds were nicely landscaped and the beach wonderful. The staff pleasant and helpful. Now the bad...the stairs and railings along...

The staff at Song of the Sea is outstanding. You feel welcome every moment of your stay. We had a beach view suite which was quaint but comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The king size bed looked comical in size compared to the bedroom, but it was so cozy. The bathroom was very nice with a large mirror as well...

We spent a week at this resort during our first visit to Sanibel...we loved it. We travel off-season and it was like having this 30 room resort all to ourselves, even though there were others renting. We had a room in the building closest to the beach and from what I'm reading here, our room was not one that had...

We can't say enough about our stay. The only bad thing is the time went by too fast. We had a one bedroom suite that had obviously been updated recently. Like others have said, the bed was soooo comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the outdoor setting was quaint. Cheryl & Kristy started off our mornings with a smile. Toughest...

My boyfriend and I stayed 4 days at the Song of the Sea for our anniversary. We cannot say enough great things about this place. The bed is the most comfortable bed EVER.
