This is where you take the family to make memories and friends. My wife's family has been coming here for years and here is why- you are on the beach, you and your kids will leave with more friends than when you arrived, gorgeous views of the sunsets every night, a welcoming and friendly staff, well-cared for and stocked grounds...

My family and I have been coming to Lido Beach for over 20 years for spring break. We usually stay at Suntide Island Beach Club, but could not get a two bedroom, and looked for other resorts on Lido that had two bedrooms available. We came across the Sarasota Sands during our search. We have family friends who have stayed...

In October of 2016, we stayed at the Sarasota Sands. It is a time share that if not occupied by owner can be rented. Grounds are maintained perfectly, also the pool. Beach is great. They have an area for horse shoes and BBQs with nice picnic tables and benches. Staff is VERY helpful--they even have chairs, noodles, BBQ equipment for...

I have been visiting Sarasota Sands for almost 30 years. There's many reasons why The Sands have stayed in business when many time-share operations have gone belly-up. Staff does a great job maintaining & managing this facility, always very pleasant, helpful to new & returning guests. Prudent updates & renovations are made when necessary. Yes, some rooms are still in...

I had a great view of the beach from my balcony ... at little more private than most from room #302. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly & I felt very comfortable here. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return again😎 Very reasonable rentals of beach umbrellas for the week $10. I also rented a...

This resort is quite charming. It's got a quaint retro vibe. The rooms were very clean and the place was well stocked. Wendy at the front desk is a fountain of useful and interesting information. The resort is right next to the state park, quick easy access for swimming, walking and kayaking. Uber was quick and convenient to use.

We love going to sarasota sands. All our children go and we get together and have a wonderful time with the grandchildrens. Place is wonderful like always, every year they improve the units, and I wish we can stay for more than two weeks. It's not enough time. The staff is excellent, love them all. People says is dated, what...
