GBRM has condos owned by different people so I am going to review each condo I've stayed in separately. This stay was in room 201 and I have to say it is almost the worst I've stayed in. The bathroom had a shower curtain with mold growing on it, the Murphy bed had filth behind it, the kitchen had bugs...

Clean, decent rates, full kitchen, on a beautiful sandy beach with perfect water. Excellent night life and restaurants all near by. Had a good time at The Ivory Lounge!! I'll be staying here each year from now on!

There are lots of more modern and pricey places to stay on Lido Beach but if you are looking to experience something akin what it was like to stay in a motel on the beach during the 1960’s, the Gulf Beach Motel is it. It really does capture all the good things but leaves out the nasty stuff like damp...

My husband and I went on vacation to celebrate my birthday and had a great stay at this historic hotel. This property sits right on the beach, which was beautiful and very relaxing.. We got a great studio apt. which even had a private patio with a BBQ. The staff was amazing, always wanting to assist us with all of...

What can I say - we wanted to do something "Once in a blue moon" on the night of 30-Jul-15. Last minute, we opted to grab a place on the beach where we could see the full moon. The Gulf Beach Resort Motel was VERY affordable and offered a 10% discount for FL residents. When we got into our room...

You can't beat the location......which is just feet from the beach, They have a pool and play area, as well as (you pay) washers and dryers. Some of the rooms are great, while others are a bit worn. Check the room pix and avoid the ones with the A/C unit blowing across the stove, sink, and eating area....unless you don't...

We have been here so many times with my aunt and she passed away in October. This was her favorite place to go, and so we came to celebrate my 50 th and brought my daughter and her friend they were celebrating graduating from masters..... They loved the shelling and private beach area. Every unit is different and we enjoyed...

First off, the positives. Location, location, location. Staff was very accommodating, pleasant, and positive. However, the room was rundown, WAY outdated, and near neglected. Bed was awful. The window shaker A/C was barely keeping up with the heat, bordering on unbearable. The bathtub was chipped and seriously past due for replacement, tile floor was trashed, patio was in need of...

OK, the rooms are small, really small. Get past that and here are the pros about this property. Location is great. Close to St Armand's Circle for dining and shopping, and roll out of bed onto the beach. Loved the resident white heron who joined us in our little screened porch to beg for some breakfast. The staff is pleasant...
