Oh boy- this place needs a complete redo- immediately. I’ve stayed here a few times and this visit has to be the absolute worst. If someone doesn’t buy this place and refurbish it completely, it’s most likely going to implode.

This hotel is appropriately starred. The issue is people's unrealistic expectations for what they are paying for. You have to decide what you want in your hotel. My husband and I wanted the perfect location to explore Siesta Key Village and spend some beach time....More
Great low cost place to stay on the Siesta Key strip. They are doing 'renovations' but the rooms we had were not renovated. We have stayed twice here due to the location and price. You get what you pay for. Our first visit four years...More

Many thanks to Julie at the office for making our visit enjoyable! She was knowledgeable about the local area, trolley service and more secluded beaches. The property itself is a quaint beach cottage resort. We stayed in the Sunset Cottage and enjoyed every second. If...More

I live in Sarasota for 30 years and have to say that if you are going for a great hotel experience then don't bother. If you are coming to experience life on Siesta Key then you won't find a better place for the money. You're truly steps away from the beach and Siesta Key Village. You could literally walk everywhere you need to go. Your stay at the hotel should not take away from the Siesta Key experience if you are truly coming to experience Siesta Key. Hope this helps!
