I wish I took a picture. Our room on the 3rd floor (away from elevator & ice machine)was very comfortable, quiet, clean & nice. Hallway decor good. Love the rooms new furniture! Desk can be moved anywhere in room. We arrived with late dinner food & pulled out the desk used for a table. Put by window in AM to...

This is a franchised Fairfield Inn and you can certainly tell. If we weren't so tired we would have kept driving. The hotel is currently under renovation, however we were given a room on the 2nd floor that was "already renovated" and all I can say is if they finish the rest of the hotel with the same workmanship than...

Hello, and thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your stay. We are working hard to make the property better by renovating it. True, there are some cosmetic issues with some of the rooms that have been renovated. We are waiting for a few things to be delivered so we can "finish"...

First, the positive. The staff here is very friendly, aware of the renovation situation, and trying hard to overcome it. They are this properties biggest, and only, asset. Yes, this property is undergoing extensive renovation. It can be described as nothing less than a mess. We stayed here at the tail-end of a round trip journey from Miami to the...

Hello Traveler! I hope you enjoyed your trip to Arizona. We did that a few years ago and had a great time. Thank you for reviewing our property. I'm so sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us, however. I apologize for the renovation-related issues you encountered. We certainly do not like the process of renovating, but we must...

Stayed in newly renovated room. Extremely nice. Huge work area. New furniture. Nice! Friendly staff. Walls seem thin. Could hear conversations in room next door. Nice location. Krispy Kreme just a mile away! Several restaurants near bye. Couple blocks from I10.

Hotel under renovation and way too expensive for such and old small hotel. Did have comfortable need. Definitely would not stay there again substandard for what I expect out of a Marriott hotel was more like a Motel 6

We are striving to improve our property with the renovation, but, unfortunately, we know there will be issues that arise during the process. People went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, but some are not too knowledgeable. We stayed during the remodeling and were alerted before making reservations. Most of the remodeling was in the lobby so room was fine. Breakfast very lacking, but you know what you are getting in a Fairfield.

I agree with previous postings. $199 is a stiff fee for a facility that's being actively renovated - even tho' it was the weekend of the Seminoles - Louisville game. Pool was closed as part of the reno. Fitness room had one treadmill and one elliptical. New, fresh linens. My room was partially renovated; construction punch list certainly hadn't been...

Spent the night here on our road trip and while Michael and the other staff were most welcoming and helpful, the facility has some major issues. We stayed here for the FSU Miami game and had to pay $349 per night. The room was fine at a price point of under $100 per night. The rest of the hotel was undergoing major renovation. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was convenient to the interstate.
