Although this hotel is on a busy highway, the units are set back from the road and were reasonably quiet during my stay. Pool looked inviting, especially from a poolside room, but weather was too chilly to use it. Breakfast was fine - nice open area. This was my second stay & my only surprise was an unexpected, unexplainable charge at checkout which was removed within a day or two. The manager on duty seemed reluctant to remove it at the time which seemed odd.

My husband and I decided to stay here while we were at a convention. I choose this place for the price and that it had a pool and hot tub. I am glad that I did. It is in a very nice location on a main highway but the sponge docks are very close and a nice place to walking get a bite to eat. The rooms here are clean as well as the rest of the hotel. I used the laundry and gym as well and they are well maintained. The TVs in the rooms could be bigger. When you book ask for a pool view room our had a balcony that over looked the parking lot. The breakfast was good and open from 7-10 am.

Sabrina put out a great breakfast every morning, with a smile. Lilly turned our towels into terrycloth sculptures every time she tided up our room. The front-desk staff was kind and courteous. Some parts of the hotel complex were a little tired, but the great service more than made up for it.

My wife and I stayed here on the nights of December 30-31, 2023 during her family reunion. Everything was great! The hotel is complimented by the large number of palms and palmettos that surround it. Trees are always a benefit. Our housemaid Lilly was wonderful! She took the extra time to arrange the towels in an interesting and creative fashion while folding the end of the toilet paper into a nice bit of origami. Thanks to the management and staff at Quality Inn Tarpon Springs!

The room was filthy and clearly not cleaned prior to our stay. There was sticky white residue sprayed all over the dressers, the floors were caked in dirty and sticky spots, the floor was severely damaged creating a trip hazard, the walls were stained and damaged. There was thick layers of dust on everything. The room was nonsmoking, but reaked of cigarettes and had burn marks on the counter. The couch was covered in stains. The bathroom floor and shower had someone's pubic hair all over.
We complained to management, but they refused to do anything. They sent a housekeeper to take notes, but didn't clean. She said it was dirty because she only had a broom and not a vacuum. I asked for the broom so I could sweep, they would let me use any of their cleaning supplies.
We would have stayed somewhere else, but everything else in the area was full the weekend of our travels.

We didn’t book this place initially but I’m glad we wound up here. We drove overnight, 7 hours, with a child in the backseat and the hotel that we booked told us that we missed the 12 am deadline and that they wouldn’t check us in. We sat in the parking lot until we felt unsafe and called other local hotels until someone (Quality Inn) had a vacancy.
The Quality Inn about 10 minutes up the road was $20 more with an included breakfast. The clerk was apologetic and also gave us a free late check out. The hotel was clean and had a great balcony and beautiful pool area. I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for 2 days while having a family reunion in the area. The rooms are immaculate, the staff is very accomodating to any need, the lobby will certainly impress you. The pool and jacuzzi area will make you feel as if you are in a secluded world because there are bushes and separated areas that give an intimate feel as you relax and enjoy the water. The pool and jacuzzi are sparkly clean and there are lots of clean pool towels in a storage cabinet right beside the pool. It was also very quiet. We didn't hear noises from other rooms and there was only a slight sound of traffic that was not an issue at all. We loved it here.

This hotel should be your first choice when looking for a stay in Tarpon. Well situated on HWY 19 it is a five minute drive to anywhere. The bed was so comfy, and the room was very quiet. The breakfast offerings were perfect for me, as I am the toast and coffee type. Others were enjoying the Belgian waffles, eggs and sausage, oatmeal’s and cereals. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was gracious and charming. The whole staff was for that matter. There is a bar in the lobby if you need a night cap. Was it a five star hotel? No. If you are looking for a place to stay with great prices, comfy beds, and terrific breakfast, look no further.

Pleasantly surprised of the size king room with a balcony. Very comfortable bed and very clean room. Shower nozzle was hard to maneuver but otherwise very clean bathroom. Cheesy towels. Jule made our stay so great by allowing us early check in and all her assistance in checking in, showing the shower nozzle operation and keeping the breakfast area clean and full. Jule helped make our stay easy and comfortable.

The phone in the room didn't work. No maid service. Reported a stopped up toilet at 10 in the morning, by midnight no one had been to the room. Called the desk and was told she would find us another room. We told her no. She said no one was available to fix the toilet but we could go to desk and pick up a plunger. We told her no. She said she would have someone to the room in an hour. Beds were not made, we had to pick up towels from the front desk. Dirty towels not picked up. Had to go to front desk for soap. We've been here for only 26 hours.

Yes, the designated area is just out the front doors so you smoke there is addition to an area around the pool and an upper deck on the floors, at least in the front of the building. Once again, no smoking inside, but plenty of areas outside.
There are more places to choose from in the Tarpon Springs area.
