Midcentury modern motel located steps away from the white sandy beaches of Treasure Island, FL. This hidden gem features 8 one-bedroom suites all equipped with a queen bedroom and separate living room with a sleeper sofa & kitchenette. The Beach House also offers a budget friendly Studio Apartment with a kitchenette for our guests that pack light. All of our rooms have a flat screen TV in the living area, a sofa sleeper, a small dinette table and chairs, microwave, toaster, full size coffee maker and mini fridge. The rooms upstairs share a long balcony that offers a seating area for gatherings and a view of the beach. We do not have a pool but its just a short walk to the end of the property and you are on the white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. We are within walking distance of the shops and Restaurants at John's Pass village.

Great value so close to beach, boardwalk & John’s Pass. Room clean and comfortable bed. Robert was very knowledgeable of the area and gave great tips on local restaurants. Our stay was 5 nights and never moved our car, so many restaurants close by to choose from. We could see the gulf from our room as shown in picture.

Great Location, close to John's Pass and Treasure Island for shopping and Dining. Rooms were clean and Cute. Very close to the Beach access and the Bike walking trail is awesome. Staff was great and very interested in our comfort and stay.

This is a cute retro motel with only 10 rooms. The rooms are small but well equipped with a fridge, toaster, keurig, microwave, and necessary dishes. The bed was not plush, but was comfortable. The tv in the bedroom is in a horrible location but it should be pretty simple to relocate by running wire mold from the overhead light to the far wall. The bathroom is very small. The room was clean, quiet, and the decor was fun. The gentleman in the office was friendly. It’s an easy, short walk to the beach. You are in walking distance to a market and several restaurants. For the price, it’s an excellent choice.

Great place to stay. My wife and I came here after the hurricane hit us in Ft Myers area. Manager Bob was very helpful and worked with us adding days while we were awaiting power and water at home. Room was clean and neat and had small refrigerator, micro wave, sink, dishes, coffee maker, etc. Close to the beach and many choices for places to eat. Have been to this area before and will certainly go back to the Beach House again. Great find !!

I highly recommend condos to anyone. They are clean, have a stocked kitchenette and outdoor patio seating. You are steps over a bridge distance to the beach. The AC works well and the front desk host was kind and accommodating!

What a cute little hotel/motel! We live only an hour away and was looking for a one night getaway on the beach. Room was comfy, AC worked great and we were steps away from the beach. Would come back again as the room was perfect for a couple of nights, complete with a mini kitchen and living room. Manager was super nice and check in was so easy! Only con - small parking spaces but that is to be expected while at the beach.

We stayed here overnight 3 years ago and I’m happy to report it’s just as good, if not better. The units are more than well equipped and make for a very cosy, comfortable stay. There isn’t anything they haven’t thought of to provide to be honest. Literally under a minutes walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Johns Pass for all the restaurants and bars. Communication between guest and manager was top notch. We’ll definitely be back!
