We stayed at the Casa Blanca cottage with our 21 month old daughter. The cottage is perfect for young children! She loved the pool, as did we, and the backyard is beautifully landscaped - making it great for just lying back and relaxing! The house is meticulously clean. We knew that we would potentially be spending a lot of time...

We just returned from Grandview and could not have been happier. Rick and Peter were wonderfully helpful and friendly hosts. Great location, spacious pool/patio area, and excellent upkeep and housekeeping. Easy drive to all west palm attractions. We will be back and highly recommend. Thanks!

We stayed here for 3 nights; was a great location both for walking and for using as a base for driving. Owners were friendly, approachable and helpful. We loved the privacy, intimacy and facilities in our self contained room. Breakfast was plentiful and good variety. Can definitely recommend this as a much better alternative than an hotel.

This is the most charming B&B. As a former owner/manager of a B&B, I maintain very high standards. Grandview Gardens met or exceeded my expectations. Peter and Rick are amazing hosts. The rooms and cottages are clean and well-decorated. The breakfast was fabulous. I highly recommend this charming and romantic B&B.

My son & I enjoyed the nice Park across the street w/ many amenities, lots of kids playing & of course the fantastic clay/hard court tennis facility. Free wi-fi, bikes, pool, & the fantastic breakfast. Easy walk or bike ride to City Place which has tons of restuarants,...

The owners were very nice and the rooms were ready when we arrived. They are somewhat particular about rules which can feel a little awkward. The rooms were okay and not well decorated. The bed was very uncomfortable and needed changing. The TV was tiny so bring books. There is a very nice small pool to use. It was very...

Rick and Peter are perfect hosts - their sense of style, amazing service (incl airport pickup) and Continental ambiance, make for an unforgettable stay. Only 7 or 8 rooms all situated in a garden and around the pool, each individually decorated and spacious. Huge bathroom! All amenities in room - walk in closet, coffeemaker, refrigerator and of course wifi -...

We have been guests of the Grandview Gardens since 2006 when my daughter Lindsay enrolled in Palm Beach Atlantic University a short walk away. This is her last semester there so we will not visit West Palm as much anymore. This saddens my wife and myself as Rick, Peter, and Jan have treated us like family these past 4 years....

The best accommodation I have stayed in on my many visits to the States. A small charming B/B oozing class. The palm room immaculate- 2 double beds beautifully appointed even down to palm decorated shower curtain hooks. The proprietors were charming and helpful with superbly cooked and presented breakfasts. The rooms back on to a small swimming pool. Easily walkable...
