We arrived late, but were grateful there was a room available. Jeffery was very helpful and kind. Made sure we had everything we needed. The next morning, we weren't sure if we were going to stay in the area or continue on our road trip. Craig was kind enough to hold the room for us until we made our decision that morning. Above and beyond customer service expectations.
Great location. The suites were clean, roomy and had all the amenities you need. The entire staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety to choose from.
This place is extremely clean, comfortable and very accomadating. The staff was friendly during checkin and checkout and was able to grant my request for a pet Free room. We did have to drive to the central areas of The Villages squares but that was not a problem for us. I would definately stay here again.
This was a great hotel. A little pricey, but it was in a wonderful area of downtown Wildwood. There’s a Culver’s right out the front door. Super clean rooms and very friendly staff. They weren’t supposed to start breakfast until 7, but they started it around 6:45 because people were already waiting. Such a nice group of people.
Home 2 Suites was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, it was Clean, the staff was AWESOME, they all went out of they way to be friendly & courteous, and ‘Star’ the afternoon Desk Clerk deserves (5) Stars she was that good. We would definitely stay here again. I must also mention the management team they were all extremely friendly. This hotel is the BEST. Thank you for a great two week stay, Trooper, Ranger, Shawn, Greg are
Enjoyable stay. Hotel is relatively new therefore facilities and rooms were modern and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was all hot breakfast items were gone when we dined in the morning. Would certainly stay there again.
This is a new property and not on our GPS. We called the property and were told to ,look for Lowes and the Culver's resturant. Carina helped us get a good room for my wife and I. Gina helped us find nice restuerants to eat at. In the evening a desk lady helped us reset the TV after Spectrum preformed an systeo update, and our TV did not work. All the staff and housekeepers, we encountered, were very friendly. Carina cleaned tables durring our breakfast service. There was a nice selection of breakfast items; the standard Hampton In fair, plus "Jimmy Dean" sandwitches. They have 1/2 pint cartens of milk, rather than a pitcher of milk. The cooks were constantly refilling the breakfast foods. Breakfast lasts to 10 AM each day. Our room had plenty of any type of cookware, plates, bowels, glasses, and utensials . There was plenty of parking. Star assisted us with our future acomidations. Durring our stay we never observed any employee use their personal cell phones. We would gladly stay at this property again in the future!…
We did not enjoy our stay. We have stayed here before when visiting my mom and your staff is aware that my wife has a problem with the strobe lights on your smoke alarms potentially setting off her epilepsy. In the past your staff placed a small piece of tape over the strobe, but this time they refused to help or even suggest a different hotel. Your local management team was unhelpful, unapologetic and dismissive. We stay in Hilton hotels around the world, and the smoke alarms inside this hotel are uniquely bright with a constant strobe effect. We don’t plan to stay at this hotel again and will switch to a Marriott property when visiting Leesburg in the future.
Great staff! Terrific during a really scary time. Hurricane Ian evacuees here. Lots of community developments underway around it, but not much there yet. But gas and groceries is all we needed. Super pet friendly. No fenced in area but lots of space to go for a walk. Thank You Home2!
We stayed 2 nights. We are diamond members and they gave us top floor love it. Star checked us in and explained breakfast and gave us waters. The room was very clean and new. bed comfortable, so comfortable we stayed a 2nd night. Breakfast was decent. We had a full kitchen, no stove/oven, but they probably have a hotplate if you want to cook. TV was big and able to stream HBO for free.Jessica and Gina were also helpful and gave us late checkout. Will stay again Thank you Carol and Mike
