Unfortunately, this hotel has seen better days and currently suffers from poor maintenance, resulting in dirty and dated rooms with old furniture that emit bad odors. The towels provided were also smelly with a name written, which appears to be a Malay name. The limited breakfast options included fried rice, fried bihun, friend chicken and fish. That being said, the staff were polite and well-trained, delivering good customer service. However, the general atmosphere of the hotel was alarming as the hotel's banner was off during the night, giving the impression of a shutdown. The bar, lounge, and Chinese restaurant were closed with signs indicating that they were available for lease. Overall, it was a less than desirable experience.

Rooms are too dim and no windows, the aisle and lifts smells smoke,interior designs needs changes. The wall that serves as cover or decor looks creepy so I need to cover the curtains all the time. However staffs are friendly and nice.

Checked in to just place our baggage in room and head out for the day. When we returned back to our room in the evening to find out that the room is not even in a clean condition. 1) room had wood blocks underneath the bed 2) toilet bowl has stains 3) wallpaper has stains 4) room has musty smell 5) sofa stains are visible upon checking into the room The rooms are clearly poorly maintained. Spoke to staffs and they told us the hotel is at high occupancy but could show me 7 rooms to check. First, why did I have to check 7 rooms when all I needed was 1 clean room?! I even told the staff it was late already but he informed that I should still see the rooms for myself and obviously the rooms are all a let down. The staff said to me about the price I paid for the deluxe room. This was so ridiculous that I told him that if I paid for a suite room, does it mean that my room is properly cleaned?! The safe box was not working and the staff informed that most of the rooms are also not working. There is alot of basic things that are lacking here which needs to be looked into: 1) there was no manager on duty at night? The staff told me that I can only speak to a manager in the morning at 8am. So if something happens, should I even be worried on what will happen to the guests staying here? 2) at 12am, having the guest to view 7 rooms and all rooms are lacking 3) a kind staff offered to clean up a room for me which I am really thankful for, but shortly after we moved in just to rest for the day, a short circuit happened. All in all, this is definitely not a called for experience and truly terrible one as well. Definitely something memorable but for sure I know I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone as I don’t wish for them to be paying a “cheap” price to get what they deserved. Deserves a 0. - Room is very dark. a lot of lights are spoilt. 2 in bathroom, 2 in bedroom - toilet even darker - Bed smells bad - shower room extremely disgusting. wall is moldy and brownish and blackish. how the heck is this a 4 star hotel - swimming pool not usable. oh my goodness gracious. white dirts that look like paints and insects floating. floor not scrubbed. looks more like abandoned building - creepy room - paid 500k rupiah on this sh!th0le. complete ripoff. i wont even pay 1/4 of it to stay here dont bother to complain as stay only 1 night.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. The breakfast spread is good. The reception area is big and nice. Lotte Grosir is just next to the hotel and there is also a 24hr pharmacy opp the hotel. There is a massage parlour and Chinese restaurant in the hotel.

Poor maintenance of the hotel room. Leakage in toilet and floor is always wet. The bed frame with wheels are shaky and quilt cover is smelly. It’s pretty dirty and you can see it with naked eyes. It is yellowish blanket and yellowish bath towel. However wifi is good in the hotel room.

I am the sort who would not care much to leave feedback or complaint of my encounters. But i really have to share this bad experience with all. This was not the first my family and myself stayed in this hotel for our short vacation. Our first experience were decent plus the price was pretty reasonable for family stay since we came in a group of 20 pax. Hence, we booked this hotel again for 3d2n stay. However, this time there were lots of hiccups. We had booked 8 rooms. All rooms were at level 3. When we came out from the lift, the cigarette smell were really strong and when we walked down along the corridor to our rooms, there was a strong stench. More like sewage smell. We ignored it since it is only at the corridor. Then, we went in to our rooms. But to our astonishment, the rooms were pretty run down as compared to our previous visit (1 year ago). These were the issues we encountered: First day (arrival - check in) 1) Lipstick stain on the comforter in my parents room. So we called the housekeeping to change the bed cover set. 2) The foul smell was pretty strong in my room. But i can still live with it so i ignored it as to not spoil the holiday mood. The windows were so dirty. You can clearly see the layer of mold outside the window. Seems like they never cleaned it at all and also, it seems like that room was not occupied for a long time. The foul smell was strongest in the bathroom. The remote was not working and there were no programme channels to watch. Had to call the room service for assistance. They only resolved the channels issue but the remote still not working. I cant be bothered to call for assistance again since i can still live with it. 3) 2 rooms with faulty locks. Not able to open the doors. Had to call for assistance from the engineer (thats what the hotel staff address it as) to open the door. They came up with an ipad to open up the room. Apparently, they had to reset the door locks for it to open. They said one door is working ok but the other had battery issue and had promised to change it the next day. But no. They did not change. The issue persisted for the rest of our stay. First night 1) came back to hotel late at night. The same door still not able to open. We had to call the engineer up again. Again, he came up with an ipad to open the door. We still didnt complain anything but we start to nag a little. 2) the foul smell still lingers along the corridor and gave us that spooky feeling whenever we walked along the huge lift foyer and long corridor. And also in my room. Second night 1) same thing again. The door still cannot open (Room number: 390). I had to call the concierge for assistance. We waited 15 mins. No one came up. Hence, my granduncle went down to check. They gave him a change of keycard. He came up to try again. But failed. We called again. Still no one came up. We have to go down again and complaint. The security guard came up and used his master key to open the door. Failed again. Then, he called for the engineer on duty to come up. He came (another person) with the ipad and reset the lock again. In total we waited for almost an hour just to get into the room. We were all so pissed off as we had long day out and came back almost to midnight and this happened. I am very sure anyone would be pissed with such issue. He apologised and offered another room but it was too late. We will be checking out the next day. So no point changing room. They should have offered a change of room the day before, knowing that the lock was faulty and could not change it as promised. 2) in my room (Room number: 384), i woke up to a very strong foul stench at 2.30am (stronger than before). It was too strong till i feel that something was wrong (again that spooky feeling) but eventually ignored it and went back to sleep. I just do not want to make a big fuss out of it since we will be checking out tomorrow. The next morning, my uncle went to make a complaint on the door lock issue. Their service recovery were just late check out (4pm) for 5 rooms and offered transport transfer to the ferry terminal. The experience for this stay was so bad that i really had to write this long complaint. Futhermore, the hotel is too big with many redundant empty spaces giving the spooky vibes. Also, a section of the building which looked like apartments that seems long abandoned which gives the additional spookiness. Hence, i would strongly not recommend this hotel.…

4th time staying here. Staffs are always friendly and attended to my enquiries in such professional manner. Went with another couple and the staff who did my check-in (i’m sorry i didn’t get her name) automatically gave us side by side rooms. the downside is the hotel is abit old so it looks pretty rundown. i think they just gotta brush up on the cleanliness as there’s more stains on the carpet compared to my last visit back in 2018. and i think their lift needs maintenance as well.

Pool is extremely dirty. No staff around to look around the cleanliness of pool surrounding too. There’s kid vomit near the pool and no one seems bother. No towel stock also the staff only left message like this 👉🏻 sorry the towel is gone 😣 what kind of professional attitude is this and moreover the mesage wording also very strange. No offense 🙌🏻 Hotel room is OK. Acceptable for my one night stay. Breakfast menu is very limited. More to local indonesian stuff. Location is not good. Quite far from eateries etc. However taxi to batam centre is about IDR 30k Overall stay in this hotel is definitely not worth.
