The premises are looking 'tired' but they are about to build an extension so guess the rest of the building will get a refurb.
Reception and cleaning staff are professional but very friendly and willing to help make the stay as good as possible.

We booked this as budget accommodation to visit the University of Bristol, without much expectation. On arrival we were hugely impressed - staff very helpful and friendly and lots of touches I wouldn't necessarily have expected at the price, e.g. 24 hr reception, bar, essentials...More

Hi I recently received a letter from the Courts as ParkingEye are taking us to court. I believe they are operating illegally and have no problem going to court.
I questioned whey the Court letter was forst contact but ParkingEye claim they sent us 4 letters and it is up to me to prove I didn’t get them?
they are clearly praying on the fact that most people faced with a court letter will crap themselves and be intimidated into paying.
I’m trying to trace anyone else that had a court letter as first contact or if you sent them any defence and they claimed they didn’t get.
