The hotel is in a great location right next to downtown and the river walk. The lobby is very pretty, but that's where the good things end. The hotel is old and needs updating. The bed is comfortable and may have been recently updated but everything else has not. Toilet seat is old and gross, seems like something that could...

My family and I recently visited Columbus for Memorial Day weekend to celebrate my neice's graduation from high school. Upon entering the lobby it was beautiful & clean. I really loved, loved, loved the employees. However, there were a few that stood out. Please forgive me if I misspell their names. Shoshawn, Carleetha, & Chad (server ) went over and...

Our beautiful Historic Marriott Hotel is known for the unique marble flooring, wooden beams and clean guest rooms and Lobby! Thank you for your comments and we will share your "compliments" with our Housekeeping Department!

I have never been so disappointed in a hotel. The theme..."it's not my department". 1). Room smelled bad...call desk they say housekeeping will spray. Either didn't or did not work. Hotel full so we had to buy Feebreze to cover up the smell. 2). Dirty sheets. Pulled back the sheets to find stains and PEANUTS!!! Obviously they did not change...

Went to Houlihans to have a few drinks to make a boring trip bearable and was served by ZachJ. Wow! The man can make a killer Long Island Iced Tea!!! He also suggested the KC Strip, which like his drinks DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Thanks ZachJ, you made the trip worth every min I had to spend away from home. Great...

When visiting my former hometown of Columbus, I always stay at the Marriott across from the Ironworks. But on the Mill Side- very important. While the other side is comfortable, Mill Side is awesome! Window "seats" to look out over the city, bricked walls, and quiet. The lobby is gorgeous, pool side is fun, and Houlihan's a great place to...

One night business trip in Columbus - very comfortable hotel. Front desk and lobby staff were extremely pleasant and eager to help. Executive floor reception and AM breakfast was very good. Hallway noise was a little louder than most - too much open space at the bottom of the doors (at least my room). Otherwise pretty quiet. Most features up...
