The staff is very friendly, rooms clean, and awesome beds! The cookies that were given are always a nice touch. The restaurant has great foodies choices. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Columbus, GA. Great location, literally 5 mins from the airport.

The facility is a little older although extremely well maintained. The front office staff was just so friendly and helpful! Would stay again and recommend to friends traveling to Columbus. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and breakfast was very good.

Great location Great place Good parking lot Reception staff offer cookies but they need to be more friendly and inform better where the room and elevator is located No continental breakfast offered Room windows are dirt outside inside Elevator Windows are dirt and spiderwebs there Elevator needs better clean up Pool is good Cracks in wall under thermostat

We were attending a large army reunion so the hotel was very busy. Most of the time, the front desk only one person who not only assisted customers but also answered the phones. The hotel is showing its age. The rooms are older but ok, Their cleaning staff was not up to par. Everyday, we had to call the front...

great location for proximity to CSU. Rooms were small with Double beds and cramped bathrooms. the place was clean and they have a nice restaurant in the hotel. Hulahans. AC kicked on and off all night long.

It's a good hotel but still need more care for the price . Cracks in the walls , Windows (at elevator and suite) needs to have better clean up, can fell the dirt with hand . No continental breakfast offered, receptionists need to inform better and be more efficient with the customers .

Stayed two nights at this hotel. First night people stayed at the pool drinking splashing past the pool hours and staff did nothing after my call. I when they finally left the pool, they relocated to the parking lot and the party continued well into about 3am in the morning. I called again and the hotel staff did nothing. Works...
