My friend and I are teachers and just started Spring Break. We arrived at The Twelve Oaks on Saturday, staying for the weekend. From the moment we arrived one word came to my mind, perfection. That is the best way to describe this bed and breakfast and our stay there. Although it was for only one night, I wouldn't hesitate...

My Daughter and i were in Covington GA for The Vampire Diaries Finale Party. On Sunday we were able to stay at The Twelve Oaks in The Salvatore Brothers Room. It was just like living in The Vampire Diaries Series. My daughter was in heaven. We loved everything about our stay. We loved the bed how you just sank right...

Beautiful old house. We stayed in an excellent large room on the ground floor. Lots of character. Short but very comfortable bed. An easy walk into Covington for shops and places to eat. Also some lovely old houses to look at nearby. We only stayed one night and arrived late so didn't have a lot of time to look round....

My daughter and I had the most wonderful 3 night stay. Travis and Chris were awesome. They took such good care of us. They provided information and made sure all our needs were met. The Twelve Oaks is absolutely breathtaking. This place is so clean. We also had the opportunity to take the Vampire Stalkers tour. We miss being on...

Upon arriving my husband and I were warmly greeted by Travis. He checked us in and, after getting us acquainted with the home and our room, he offered us an opportunity to tour the unoccupied rooms. From every light fixture, painting, and piece of furniture, the entire home was magnificently decorated. After we toured the interior, we toured the grounds...

We really enjoyed our night stay in Covington at the Twelve Oaks! The room was very cozy and we woke up to the smell bacon, coffee & strawberry pancakes prepared by owner of home. Walking distance to one of my favorite small towns in Georgia. We stopped by the Cork for wine tasting, Scoops for ice cream & wonderful dinner...

The house is gorgeous. The cannonball room was simply amazing. The bathtub was fabulous! The breakfasts were delicious. The 5 o'clock wine and cheese was so nice - it was nice to meet the other guests! The staff was so nice and helpful. Covington is a lovely town! We enjoyed our time and will be back for sure!

Since the costumer service (even BEFORE the reservation was even finished, because my card is from another country) everything about this place was GREAT! Southern breakfast was also unbelievable good. Staying in these rooms was a experience that I will treasure for years to come. The bed sheets were so good that I ended up buying one. Cannot say enough...

My wife and I lived in Savannah for ten years before moving back to the Atlanta area and have stayed at numerous B&B's with historic value. Twelve Oaks is THE best B&B we have stayed at by far. Every room has a unique, thought out theme and it's own perk. The details are amazing, we checked in early and enjoyed...
