We had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave! We stayed in the Sweet Home Alabama Suite and absolutely loved it. We loved the fireplace, claw foot tub and amazingly comfortable king bed. The grounds of the inn were beautiful and impeccably maintained. We even got to take a quick dip in the pool in October. Breakfast was wonderful....

Twelve Oaks is the most beautiful home! My husband and I were looking for a luxurious place to stay for our 20th anniversary weekend. We stayed in the Frankly My Dear Suite and enjoyed the beautiful room with comfortable half-canopy bed and unique marble shower. The 2 breakfast we had were wonderful! We really enjoyed Travis and Chris, they are...

Thank you so much! I'm so glad that you enjoyed your stay. Sometimes my family has to be away from the inn (this time it was military- my husband serves in the guard), and it is a relief to be able to leave Chris and Travis in charge and know they will do an outstanding job. We look forward to...

As soon as I saw this B & B online I knew it was the one for me. Sharing its name with the famous plantation in the classic movie gone with the wind, its like stepping back in time. I stayed in the Scarlett suite and inside is lots of memorabilia from the movie. Loved playing the board game!! The...

This was a return visit to the gorgeous Twelve Oaks. We stayed in the Frankly Scarlett suite (again) and loved it! Breakfasts are delicious and we also liked the fact that this time round you could sit at a table of your own rather than around a communal table as previously. We loved sitting on the veranda with a glass...

Twelve Oaks Bed and Breakfast is absolutely magnificent! So close to Atlanta and I-20 - yet tucked away in the perfect little town of Covington. Everything was perfect - the room (tubs and chandeliers!) breakfast (eggs, sausage, local peach french toast!) and Nicole and John are the perfect hosts. I will definitely return again and again and again!
