It is absolutely incredible that this place is called a "resort" because it is more like a glorified trailer park. The cabins are dirty and full of mold with all kinds of critters that jump in the night. In the beginning, I wanted to give the "rustic" atmosphere of the cabin the benefit of the doubt since it is in...

We were in need of really "getting away" and Forest Hills was ideal for this purpose. It was quiet, with accommodations set away for privacy. While others may complain about no internet or cell phone reception, it made it far easier to unwind and let the stress melt away. The massage given was a great compliment to the hot tub....

If you are looking for a 5 star, luxury resort, this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a quiet, romantic "get-a-way" with someone you love, this is the place. My husband and I found our cabin to be very clean & adequately equipped. The hot tub was wonderful! The king size bed was one...

This place is quiet and romantic. Friendly, family own feeling with nice amenity's and very friendly staff. Less than 90min from Downtown Atlanta, the deluxe cabin has a very comfortable bed, spacious living area, large porch and a large indoor hot tub adjacent to the bedroom. Very Clean and nice attention to details. We will go back to this well...

My wife, 2 children (aged 4 and 12) and sister in law stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin set in the forest - it was amazing. The cabin was superb, the accommodation excellent and the on-site facilities great - these included some table top games in the main office/shop (table football and air hockey), a swimming pool and horse riding....

My husband and I stayed at Forrest Hills for our anniversary the weekend of August 3, 2012. I left a very detailed customer survey when we checked out and since the management at Forrest Hills made no effort to contact me to discuss my concerns or make retribution; I decided to write a review on Trip Advisor. To me, their...

We stayed in a cabin and truly loved the privacy. The rooms were clean and well laid out. We did have trouble with the coffee pot, which they quickly exchanged. The staff were friendly and helpful. I walked through the conference center and the rooms adjoining. WOW was I empressed! I am considering have our family reunion there in the...

Wanted to stay for a wedding until they stated 2 night minimum at 200-250 per night. We stated we didn't want to make a weekend of it, only one night. After much back and forth, they agreed to one night in the $150 range. I felt they were really trying to take advantage of the wedding guest. While we had...

I loved this place! My husband and I stayed in a private cabin with a jacuzzi. We made use of the free movie rentals while the jacuzzi warmed up. The room was in excellent shape and very clean. We also took some great anniversary pictures at the gazebo and gardens.

I found the website for Forrest Hills online while searching for a place to spend a relaxing anniversary with my husband. The luxury cabins looked clean and comfortable online, so I decided to take a chance and book it for 4 days and 3 nights. We took our time getting there and the drive was nice. As we got closer,...
