We recently spent our 43rd wedding anniversary at Long Mountain Lodge and loved every minute of it. Nice location, great views, comfortable accommodations and fabulous staff. Dianne, Don & Colleen made sure we had a great stay. Oh...and the breakfasts--excellent here also. My wife loved hearing the rooster off in the distance every morning. We had the Winding Stair Gap...

This is my favorite B&B stay...outstanding. Clean, modern facilities comfortably outfitted -- comfortable bed -- would be sufficient but the friendly, helpful and caring folks who run the place add...and of course, the view. And breakfasts won't be the same from now on. Enjoyed the peaceful beauty, even with a morning rooster in the distance. Enjoyed the town of Dahlonega,...

My wife and I stayed at the Long Mountain Lodge for a wedding. While we only stayed one night it was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast alone was worth the stay. Don and Kate are super nice and the lodge is great. Don helped us with directions and the area and offered to help us in anyway. Great views, comfortable room,...

Upon arriving on a rainy, cool day our host Don graciously helped us carry our luggage to our cozy room, then lighted the fire in the fireplace and had wine and cheese waiting for us. The view from our room was breath taking, the rose breasted grosbeaks and indigo bunting at the feeder an added thrill. The breakfast amazing, and...

We celebrated our 26th anniversary here and it was a wonderful surprise! Everything was perfect from the cozy ambience of the lodge to the comfort and amenities of our room. Too bad it was too warm to make a fire but everything else was great. Breakfast was really awesome. The first day it was a fluffy omelet with homemade english...

Diane made our aniversary stay a special. Our chosen room was her smallest but was clean & nice. The breakfast where 5 star was served at 9 am which is good for most but a late start for some. It is just a short drive to the great small town, wineries or some nice hikes (Diane provides maps to locations)....
