The lodging, facilities, food and staff were wonderful. I'm not sure I have ever been to such a clean rustic place. The hike in and out is a gentle five miles. We were fortunate enough to see a black bear up a tree around the 3.1 marker. I plan to go back in the winter to enjoy the views.

The Len Foote Hike Inn was an O.K experience. It felt rushed-as if staff were in a hurry to get cleaned up and done. Not really the relaxed feel I thought it would be. Dinner was great, breakfast not so much. The packed lunches are a good idea, especially if you are hiking longer way out. The hike in and...

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the Hike Inn this past weekend. The almost 5 mile hike up to the Inn was strenuous, but we completed it in less than 3 hours, so not too bad. A walking stick definitely helps. When we arrived, they had these delicious chocolate granola snacks waiting for us in the dining area, yum! The bunk...

First time I was there with colleagues, and I liked it so much that I took my family (teenage daughter included). I love the hike itself (the scenery, the benches on the way) and I truly enjoy the atmosphere at the Inn. The rooms are small and bare and exactly right, and if you are with family you can get...

We had a great hike. It was a good hike and rustic bunk room but we loved it and plan to make a return trip with our adult kids. The views are spectacular and you really feel good about accomplishing the hike. The rate includes supper and breakfast. There are games and a game room and a naturalist to give...

I had no idea what to expect, but I loved it! It was a wonderful hike. Beautiful scenery. Was a bit foggy at the Inn so could not appreciate the views, but it didn't matter The peace was amazing! It did have much better bathroom facilities than expected. I recommend to everyone!

Cost was around $70 per person. It's a 4.8 mile hike to the inn, the trail goes up and down about 300 to 500 feet 4 times. It often rains in the afternoon, so a poncho is helpful. No TV, no radio, cell connection is bad, and use of cell phone is discouraged except for picture taking. Talking with staff...

We spent 2 nights at Hike Inn. While most reviews we read were helpful to plan our trip, a few items are worth mentioning. The bathhouse is solar powered, so during rainy weather, you get cold showers. One hot shower is available by special request and it's location is not announced. The food is excellent and plentiful!! There are no...

Nice short distance hike. Just need to pack tooth paste and tooth brush and a bar of soap. After hiking a humble 5-6 miles you arrive at an ECONOMIC friendly all inclusive cabin. CLEAN. Bed, bed sheets, pillow, pillow case, blanket, hot shower, hot food ( delicious ), cold beverages, toilet paper, toilet, towels. It is just a nice hike...

We spent 2 nights at Len Foote this past weekend, it was amazing! The lodge was rustic but incredibly clean, the staff was super helpful & friendly. We are by no means avid hikers so the hike in & the hike up Springer Mtn were a challenge for us but worth every step! I would highly recommend staying 2 nights...
