We stayed for a weekend in order to attend a wedding. I didn't speak w the staff but the first floor smellier like a toilet. Like a moldy smell or bad water. The rooms didn't smell but I did find pubic hair in the soap shelf in the bath... the grout lines in the bath just looked bad. Then the...

I stayed here two nights for business. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was accommodating. The price waa reasonable and the view was awesome. There is an excellent restaurant in the same parking lot with water view dining. No complaints.

My wife and I stayed here for a wedding at Lake Oconee. The rooms were okay, but the A/C would come on sporadically and awaken my wife. The pool in the back provided a nice dip to cool off. The breakfast was very basic. Not sure the eggs were real. On checking out, we found the front desk attendant sound...

My family has stated here for years. The management decided they can get more money by only allowing you to make reservations for more than one night on holiday weekends, because of this " policy" we were forced to make reservations at another hotel and can't stay with the rest of our family. The hotel is just average, nothing special,...

We stayed for one night while in the area and enjoyed ourselves very much. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and nicely furnished. We had a ground floor room with a lake view which added to an overall good stay. The breakfast was adequate, though it could have been better. The grounds and pool were nicely maintained. We...

We spent one night at the Lodge and found it to be an unbeatable value. The staff was friendly and helpful; our room was nice and clean; quietness prevailed. Breakfast was well above average with offerings from fresh fruit to make-your-own waffles to pastries to ham or hash to biscuits with gravy to cereal hot or cold. Too many choices...

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spotless. The General Manager made a point of checking in and making sure we were having a pleasant stay. It is beautifully located on a lake and there are many restaurants nearby. It was the closest option to Durhamtown for us and glad we make the...

Rooms are modern and well maintained. Back rooms have nice view of Lake Oconee. We rented kayaks and had a nice adventure on the Lake. The staff was great answering my questions. Everyone was nice and courteous. Room rate was highly competitie and a much better value than the Ritz elsewhere on the lake.

The 2 x queen room was comfortable and bigger than an average motel room, it had a couch and small dining table as well. The room had a slightly strange chemical smell which wasn't bad but would bother more sensitive people. The pool and gardens and deck areas are nicely maintained. Dogs are accepted but we were not told in...

Spent two nights on a business meeting and the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast bar was fairly standard and good. Swimming pool is small but I did not use. Nice docking area of you bring your boat and next door to a very good restaurant. Definitely would go back
