The pool was wonderful and very clean! The staff was great, and very nice! The room shown was clean looking and all good, however in checking into a room that was reserved 3 weeks earlier- with a specific room no requested., the spiders in the bathroom surprised me. Since they was just one, I did not mention it to my...

This hotel does just enough. If you just need a place to sleep and comfort isn't important, you've got the right place✅ The towels are dingy and grey. The lamp is broken and Looks as old as this city. The place is just dirty. The lamp shades are dirty. The room smells like dirt. There are stains on the curtains....

We stayed here many times when it was an EconoLodge. It was awful. The Magnuson is better than the EconoLodge-it's cleaner and I think they upgraded the mattresses. But it is still not a good stay. The furniture is way beyond its sell by date. The rooms are dark-low wattage bulbs with half of the bulbs empty. Towels are threadbare....

We were in Elberton to visit Family that were camping at Richard B. Russell State Park. This Hotel was worth the money we spent for the one night. It was quiet, clean, a little run down, but I knew it wasn't going to be Trump Towers. We had a King size smoking room. It was really BIG. The continental breakfast...

I was traveling with a friend and we reserved a room since we knew we would be arriving late. We arrived about 1:00 am local and the desk clerk (Owners wife perhaps) was friendly and helpful at check in. (I had woken her up.) The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of water pressure in the shower. Good AC unit....

Ok.....so the hotel is not a 5 star, but the service was great, the management was wonderful, and the rooms were clean. We stayed over night to attend a class reunion party later on that night. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Upon entering the room....know that it's going to be hot (I'm assuming they're conserving the AC...

We were guests at the Magnuson Hotel in Elberton, GA for a period of 4 weeks while our home was being remodeled. The room was comfortable, quiet & always clean. They provided a coffee pot, microwave & small refrigerator plus there was a continental breakfast provided every morning. A big plus for us was that they also accepted pets &...

The staff at the Magnuson Hotel in Elberton, GA make our stay one of the best. Their friendly, helpful, gracious people are to be commended for going out of their way to help me with my disabled mother and were always so thoughtful when we needed room service to be delayed at times. Thank you for your kindness. I shall...

The EconoLodge of Elberton, now known as Magnuson Hotel is the best Elberton has to offer. I have stayed at the EconoLodge several times and each time it gets worse. The place has no competition and therefore does not fix anything up. The room I just in this weekend had no knobs on the controls for the heat and cooling...
