The service is excellent. Conversely, the infraestructure of the Junior Rooms is not: really small that you feel you're locked up, when it rains water comes into the room through the bottom of the entrance door, the interior was poorly designed and the finishing of tiles and the doors are in bad shape. I hope the suites are better. Advise:...

Horrifically overpriced. It looks nice, but there were so many details missing for a boutique hotel. The bed didn't fit the frame. The bathroom smelt of sewerage, the shower water was salty. The cocktail I ordered was from a bottle. The housekeeping only provided one towel. I asked for another at reception, had to remind them a number of times....

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in January. I don't even know from where to start describing what a bad deal it was... 1. Room: salty smelly water on shower and sink....imagine putting this in your mouth to brush your teeth everyday. Also, after reading many reviews of steal in San andres hotels, I decided to check our...

The workers are nice and they work hard to keep the property in order. The pool was clean and open 24/7. If you are like me and like to get what you paid for, consider the following: I paid extra for a "junior suite" and they gave me the worst room on the property. The room was extremely, I mean...

Its still a lovely hotel, for me is one of the best choices in San Andres. We were given the small cabana in the back of the garden (passing the pool), not quite the nicer room. Breakfast very good, pool very nice again, service good. For management , please look after the garden, plenty of grass between the bricks in...

An out of town hotel, near to the airport. A taxi ride to town cost 7,000 pesos which isn't too bad. No beach but does have a good sized pool. Our room was OK, nothing flashy, nothing particularly good or bad. The bed crinkled - there was some sort of plastic undersheet arrangement - but decent sized.TV/mini bar/ aircon./wifi, decent...

If you are looking for a romantic getaway this boutique hotel is your place. Beautiful and spacious rooms with sea view. Good location, very quiet, the town centre is 10 minute walk. I spent 3 nights in this hotel and loved every moment of it!

I went whit my family, 3 of us. Excellent hotel, i am not quite sure if Boutique is the word for it, bear in mind that San Andres hotels are not great (rather bad actually) compared with other destinations, poor island ,but beautiful. Anyway this hotel is excellent, if i go back to San Andres this is my first choice....

If you go to San Andres I would highly recommend this hotel. The owners are wonderful people and catered to our every last want and need. They even got a birthday cake for someone in our group as a surprise and when cabs were not around the owner took us places on his own time. I can't wait to go...

We were not pleased when we first arrived. We had paid $278 for a room and it turned out to be small and sorta smelly. I complained (nicely) and the owners were gracious about my complaint and moved us to a bigger room the next day. Still, I didn't think it was worth the money. I know San Andres is...
