We went to Old Federal day park - right beside the campground. Very clean and plenty of space to spread out. 3 sandy beaches and lots of wooden benches to sit on. Boat ramp for boaters. Bath house was extremely clean - very important. Sunset...More

The entrance person treats paying customers as if she OWNS the place and that staying there is a privilege that she alone grants. As a taxpaying citizen, this leaves a not-so-nice feeling toward the gate of a publicly-owned property.
