I stayed at the Masters Inn while passing through the area on a road trip. My immediate needs were met, as I was looking for a comfortable place to get a few hours of sleep while being as cost-effective as possible. The front desk associate was very nice and accommodating. My bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The...

Luckily, my son and I only used this hotel to sleep. It was very dirty, and did not look anything like pictures. When we called to verify the earliest we could check in, the person who answered the phone had no clue, and told us to keep calling back until we talked to someone who did know. They were not...

Upon arrival we were taken very, very good care of by Lisa. She was absolutely wonderful!!! Very friendly and accommodating. She took care of us very, very nicely and was so helpful in recommending good places to get a good margarita and a good breakfast. She was truly remarkable! However, our stay wasn't completely satisfactory in that the rooms were...

If I could give this hotel less than a terrible rating I would. It is very deceiving as the lobby is in a secure, nicely renovated building. Not so for the guest rooms. First of all when we were handed our key cards they had a warning note taped on them. Do not open the doors to ANYONE, and that...

This was a big mistake for us. We were seduced by the low price and proximity to savannah. This was so dirty that I couldn't even sleep one night here. The bed covers were badly soiled and there were crumbs on the sheets. It is in a very dodgy area of town. I felt very vulnerable in this place.

We checked into a decent the building showed in the photograph but that is not where the rooms are. The rooms are in a separate building that has no locks on the doors allowing anyone in. The smell is horrible. When we took off the comforter, the blankets underneath were stained. The worst part was when we pulled the blanket...

I said to myself "Okay, maybe it's not the nicest of areas, but it's $45.00 a night to stay here and it's an $11.00 cab ride to downtown Savannah, so why not?". Big mistake. I don't even know where to start, so I'm just going to throw a bunch of things your way in no special order. First off, my...

Stopping in Savannah on the way to TN, my boyfriend and I were trying to pinch pennies but also see the city, so we booked here. WORST MISTAKE EVER. As soon as we walked into our building we were hit with the smell of pee. As we entered our hallway it smelled like pee mixed with pine sol. There was...

When we approached the hotel, it was obvious we were in a sketchy part of town. The hotel is run down and advertises weekly rates - not a good sign. There is no secured doors into the room area and no elevator. Anyone can wander in. The hallways are hot, run down, dirty and smelly. The rooms are no better....
