Stayed for one quiet Friday night in February. The man working at the check in desk was extremely friendly and helpful, helped with luggage up a flight of stairs and spoke good English. Very friendly and recommended a local cider bar when we enquirer where to go. We ate dinner later at the adjoining restaurant and had a fantastic seafood...

We stayed a couple of nights - were upgraded and had quite a large room in the eaves. Maria warmly welcomed us and then she was serving in the restaurant that evening and again at breakfast so seemed to be superwoman! The hotel was filled with family photos and antiques and had a warm feel. There's also a sitting room...

Very nice hotell with excellent interior spanish decoration, lovely (but small) single room with sea view and access to lounge and a large terrace. I was lucky to ger a parking place just 25 meters from the hotel - it can be more than impossible as the streets are narrow and steep...

Lovely family run hotel in a great location, Clean, comfortable rooms and amazingly helpful staff. Lastres is a beautiful little port, with a feel of Cornwall! The breakfast was excellent with lots of local produce. I had 5 different cheeses of various strengths and the story of each - they were all delicious. My partner had scrambled eggs & yoghurt,...

Friendly and spotlessly clean. Great location and fabulous views from balcony. The room we stayed in had been refurbished to a high standard - very Spanish and charming. The countryside around Lastres is beautiful and the nearby, very scenic motorway makes it excellent for visiting other towns, mountains, beaches etc

I stayed in Nov. 2014. Cosy, familiar, picturesque, high quality. I was impressed with my days spent at this hotel. It was a truly discovery. I could class it as "boutique" hotel. I would highly recommend it.

On a May day pouring with rain we arrived at Casa Eutimio to be met by several members of the family proprietors, who helped us with our bags and then one got in the car with me to help me find a car park (tricky in Lastres but local knowledge helped). We had arrived without a reservation and selected a...

After living n Spain for 6 months, I was really missing home. I had seen a few episodes of Doctor Mateo (Spanish version of Doc Martin) and decided Lastres would be the perfect place to spend a few days as it looked exactly like Cornwall where I spent every summer when I was a kid. I arrived to the hotel...

we chanced on Lastres on a driving/hiking trip from the Pyrenees to Porto and had such a great time we stayed an extra day. The location is superb, the local seafood a sensation, access to Pica de Europa easy, beaches nearby a real surprise (I was body surfing in September!) and the hotel rooms quirky, generous and comfortable. Our room...

This is a find. Spotlessly clean, with great food and excellent and friendly service, it was a delight to find that this kind of hotel still exists. It's furnished with plenty of dark wood furniture, ceramics and pictures, which may not be to everyone's taste, but it's a real curiosity! Somewhere to unwind.

“The rooms with a sitting room and bedroom are a treat”
Bogong5, 3 Nov 2012 | Read review
“We had room 102, with an outdoor terrance, small sitting room, loads of space for bags and a good-sized bedroom. Views over towards the beaches and Picos - in the far distance - and also the other way to the harbour. The 'season' ends around 10 September and we paid a lot less than the published rate. The booking was made over the phone direct to the hotel.”
