The Jekyll Island Club Hotel as a resort is not on a par with the price of the rooms. Expensive historic resorts deserve to be restored to their former glory. This is not a luxury property; not a grand old hotel. Having said that, we always wanted to stay here, so when we received an email advertising what sounded like...

We stayed for a long weekend in April and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Starting with our arrival, the staff were welcoming and courteous. They were helpful with directions and their knowledge of the island. The resort itself was beautiful and relaxing. We ate a few times on the resort and our meals were very good. The sea...

I estimate that my family and I have been to Jekyll island club 28 times since 2001. I absolutely love the grounds, history, and the accommodations. It is so wonderful to pull up and be greeted by the same bellman we have seen for years and, Dave, actually remembered my name. That is impressive. When checking in, Jenny new who...

It has 157 rooms and suites, pool, bars, restaurants, spa, shops, pavilian, grand dinning room, courtyard at Crane (located in Crane Cottage). The architecture, American Queen Anne,...

This is my second time visiting this hotel, and I have to say that my second visit was just as good as my first. The hotel has her own charm. When we walk in, you can see and feel the history. This is a great hotel to visit, and the café is unbelievably good. Enjoy!!

This is a beautiful setting of live oaks and marsh views. The historic hotel offers a great swimming pool and multiple restaurants. Bike riding and renting from Red bug motors is a fun favorite past time. We also like going to a non-hotel restaurant across the street at The Rah bar which features low country boils and steamed shrimp!

I have been staying at this hotel every year since probably 2003 and I really enjoy staying here. The property is very well maintained and the landscaping is gorgeous. When I have encountered a few maintenance problems through the years, I feel the staff has been very responsive and quick to solve my problems. The food at this hotel is...
