Very comfortable and welcoming place easily accessible from Bristol by bus 376. Great informative and friendly hosts who prepare a delicious breakfast, with two freshly baked loaves of bread each morning and unbelievably delicious home made saville marmalade. We stayed three nights and wish we had longer as the location is close to some great UK sightseeing, walks etc

I stayed here for a night whilst working in Bristol, and was so glad I chose this location. The place is so very historic, and clearly well loved by the owner. Ask to see the historic report if you are interested in the house dating from 1680. The rooms were all immaculate and well decorated, and my room was really...

I stayed at the Old Parsonage for a weekend in February 2017 with my husband and young baby. I cannot recommend it highly enough. We were in the panelled room on the ground floor and our very large bathroom was just across the hallway. We were very happy with this arrangement as it meant we could hear the baby from...

This is one of the nicest bed & breakfast I've stayed in. The room was with a four poster bed and it was so lovely and very clean. The location is perfect and the owners are very welcoming. The whole bed and breakfast was decorated very well and the lonuge so warm and cosy. The breakfast was perfect even freshly...

So glad you enjoyed your week end away and everything was just right for you at The Old Parsonage. A blazing log fire makes all the difference when it is is miserable outside!

A beautiful building, welcoming fire in the lounge and a grand room. The bed was super comfy and toasty warm. I normally sleep badly anywhere other than home, but at the old parsonage I slept excellent. The added bonus of the little kitchen area made it homely and flexible. A fabulous modern bathroom with a great shower. Knowledgeable and friendly...

Really old parsonage with plenty of character. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The shower is not great being electric and the double bed isn't exactly generous. The experience however was first class with a really good choice for breakfast including their homemade marmalade. Would certainly use this B&B again.

Really nice place - the people who own it are very knowledgeable and friendly. We very much appreciated the tea and coffee on arrival after a long and stressful journey to get there! They were also kind enough to suggest great places to go and visit for the day - we went to Bath but also to Cheddar Gorge and...

Thank you so much for the enthusiastic review. All of our guests appreciate a pot of tea or coffee by the fire especially if they have driven a long way. Glad you liked the breakfast and the homemade produce. The weather is beyond us but the room in question does have a 2nd radiator and when used the room can...

We were made very welcome from the moment we arrived. We sat with Charlotte (the owner) next to the wood-burner and over a cup of tea she told us about the lovely old building (Grade 2* listed) and its history. A little later she produced menus and offered advice about local eateries. We slept soundly in a four poster bed...
