The hotel was luxurious , warm, comfortable and clean. The village location meant it was nice and quiet, but within easy driving or bus distance of Bath & Bristol and local Somerset tourist attractions like Glastonbury . There is even a Co-Op and petrol station...More
Our host Brian and his wife were one of the most pleasant couple Shaun and myself have met during our visit to London. Never fails to give us tips on where to go and what to eat at the city of Bristol and Bath. The...More
Such a fabulous stay at this beautiful place. Very friendly hosts (who were very understanding and sweet with our rather wild two year old!), comfortable and luxurious accommodation and a delicious and bespoke breakfast. Very reasonably priced; you get more than your money’s worth with...More
I always look for a B&B that offers more than just a room and this B&B definitely fit the bill. The Parsonage is packed with history, antiques and charm. The hosts were excellent, from sharing the history of their home to offering helpful tips on...More

This place is filled with warmth and a long history that the owner can fill you in on. It's like going to see an Aunt and Uncle. They make you feel at home. Would stay again. Food was yummy. Connie from Georgia, USAMore

Not at the hotel but....apart from an indian and a pub you must visit The Old Station Inn, barely 2 mins. away. really quirky old pub with the bar stuffed with odds and sods and even half a car sticking out of the wall. Out back there is a carriage from the Flying Scotsman used as as dining car, really furnished nice. Food is great and not too expensive, landlady is Welsh and can't do enough for you. The Old Parsonage recommended this place to us as did friends who live in Bath.
The next village (Midsomer Norton) is only a couple of miles away with a lot of restaurants.
