Hotel's Favourite
We stayed for two nights at the beginning of November to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Edinburgh. The room was excellent - a disabled accessible room immediately adjacent to the reception area and with parking ideally just outside the front door. The room was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with a great wet room! The reception staff were very very kind and efficient and couldn't do enough to help!

We were on a golf trip in East Lothian. The Premier Inn was good and the rooms were spacious. The only downside was that when asked for some of our rooms to be cleaned they were not but other than that all was okay., Sadly though the adjoining Brewers Fayre was far from good being short staffed and thus the service at the Brewers Fayre was far from acceptable. I should make special mention of Karen who was really helpful in ensuring that our booking was resolved and our check-in proceeded smoothly for all in our group.

Our room was immaculate.... spotlessly clean.Bathroom again spotless.Lovely welcome at reception......meal at Brewer's Fare was really good but due to our late arrival after Musselburgh racing, choice was slightly limited.Service was terrific though.Next morning, our breakfast choice was great and the food was lovely and hot and some choice.Couldn't fault it at all and we will certainly return.

Had a great stay, room was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a slight issue with the WiFi but other than this we had a relaxing time and it was perfect for our needs

Premier Inn -Nice rural location close to A1. Good accommodation in standard PI room. - sink was cracked though ! Staff very friendly and attentive, Brewers Fayre - building needs an external refurbish as very tired looking. Inside was generally OK but the area we were seated at had a filthy carpet with food trodden into carpet from previous customers. We waited 50+ minutes for 2 basis meals (fish and chips) and food was not good. Didn't have breakfast next morning based on previous evening's experience. There did not appear to be enough staff to cope on a busy evening. I've rated below on the Premier Inn only as did not feel fair to mark down because of Brewers.

I booked this hotel for attending a wedding in Musselburgh. They pulled out all the stops to get the room early for us so that we could check-in early to get changed. Very friendly staff on reception at all times. Room and shower was very clean and comfortable. I gave 4 stars for value for money but perhaps this is unfair as we were staying there over Easter weekend, when the price increased significantly, probably to be expected. Still Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay here with my family. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Not far from lovely Musselburgh beach and a short train ride into Edinburgh for more tourist activities. Rooms very clean and we were notified that we had left some property in the room on the day we left and arrangements were made to return this to us. Excellent stay overall. Thank you

After an issue arose with a vehicle I was collecting, I needed a place to stay. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, even finding me a charging plug for my phone. I didn't book breakfast the night before as I was distracted, but booked it in the morning, despite it being busy Good Friday they fitted me in and took my wheat allergy in their stride. I had a satisfying breakfast. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful, and the site was clean and tidy.

I was really happy & impressed with everything. All the staff were wonderful & so, so helpful. The room was lovely, comfortable & clean. The room had a good sized TV, tea & coffe making facility (as much as you want), hairdryer, & extra pillows. Had a fantastic 5 night stay & can highly recommend.
