Hotels in Rome were filling up fast in time for my daughter's graduation from Berry College. The staff was VERY friendly, polite, and helpful. The facility itself appears to date from the 1980's, but was very clean and well-maintained, with up-to-date furnishings. For the very affordable price, I'd say we received a super deal.

Stayed for one night because other hotels were either booked or super expensive. Check in you had to use a window on the side of the building that was inside a tiny area that fit one maybe two at best people. You could not go in the lobby and it was the middle of the day. Staff was super friendly and helpful, a little hard to hear through the window. Upon entering the hotel you are hit with an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke which permeates throughout the hallways. We knew ahead of time no elevator in the hotel and they have 3 floors - the staff was very accommodating for requests on what floor they put you on The hotel does look freshly painted and fairly new furniture. Our room was clean and luckily did not have as strong a smell. When we checked in the person that checked is in told us to park in one area of the parking lot because it was better lit and that was where the camera were in case there was any problems - not sure if they have problems???…

Was by myself and instead of staying in a larger name hotel, I decided to look for a deal. So I booked a room, online, for the EL. The hotel was not the easiest to find since it does not have a large sign and behind a Huddle House. But the hotel grounds are clean and well kept. Check-in was easy and young lady at the front desk was very nice and informative. I got a king size bedroom and was placed in room 101. FYI- Do not get room 101. It is across from drink and snack machine. I mean RIGHT ACROSS. However, I stayed in the room and since there did not appear to be many guest that evening, I was never bothered by any noise. Actually had a good night sleep. Bathroom was clean and plenty of water pressure. The only noise I heard was upon waking heard footsteps from room above me walking around. But was already up and ready to go. Overall, a nice price and better than other hotels where I spent double/triple the money. This is one you can bring the entire family and enjoy the stay without breaking the bank.…

The cigarette smell assaults when entering the tiny office. One tricky door to access the rooms. Dark hallways. Breakfast...3 tables, 9 chairs with cereal, yogurt and breads. The rooms have been recently been painted, and appeared clean.

It was a decent stay. They got new furniture. The bed was soft but the room had a smell to it. The bathroom was fine. The electronic pugs that was used for TV, frig, and mIcrowave keep acting up. We had to reset it. We only had 140 for two night so we didn’t complain but reported when we checked out. Everyone else was 180 per night and I wasn’t going to pay that amount. It was clean and comfortable not extras. Breakfast wasn’t want I get so huddle house was next door with 5 menu.

Comfy room, helpful staff and ample breakfast make for a pleasant stay whilst exploring the area. Good location close to main routes. Ideal if travelling on a budget, choice of food outlets close by. We'll be back.

Spent one night there with my family, on our way to an early start at nearby Berry college. Very good hotel for the price, clean and quiet. Breakfast was included with price however we did not have it there so I cannot judge how good it is.

Quick visit for a family members funeral... the whole thing was last minute. This hotel is average. Could be updated. Did have some awkward smells. Breakfast very little options. There is no elevator. Just average possibly, below average...

We stopped here for the night while passing through. Hotel was dated however, it was clean. There is a continental breakfast: cereal, bagels, toast, and yogurt. Price was reasonable and staff was friendly.

Good enough. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Quiet. Had what was needed but no extras. Breakfast was the same. Good enough but no extras. The price was reasonable. One draw back, we were on the third floor and no elevator. We did ask for a no smoking room. I would stay there again.
