Waited in line 30 minutes to check in. I was told my room was given to someone else even though I called to advise them I would be checking in late. They were finally able to locate a room for me but was given wrong room card key two different times at check in and ended up making 3 trips...

The room we made reservations for... was not the room we asked for After I let the on duty manager know.... she resolved the problem by PUTTING US IN A HANDICAP ROOM an saying that's ALL she could do. She told us that we would need to talk it over with the management the next day!!!

Came up from Jacksonville, Florida for Homecoming and a Tigers of the decade multiclass reunion and my classmate and I stayed here. Every thing was wonderful, no issues. I would definitely book it again and recommend it to others.

I was disappointed in our stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was clean, the breakfast had an good selection but a few of the staff including what I think was the owner or manager were not friendly at all, no friendly smiles, no how was your stay, they weren't rude but not really friendly. The bathroom shower head moved...

Hotel was hot & humid when I arrived, hallways hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, capers hadn't been cleaned in years and we're heavily soiled, room had missing sections of dry wall and had holes, AC did NOT work well, room was not clean and I felt dirty/filthy all weekend. Walls were dirty in the bathroom, black smudge marks. Leftover beer from last guest in the cabinet. Old furniture and only low Def television. Other than that the bed dlept well, the air worked, customer service was great and breakfast was adequate and hot.
