1st let me say this is some of the best Hotel Staff I have ever met. Unfortunately the hotel is very old and is need of lots of work. My husband and I normally stay at the Evergreen at Stone Mountain which is a little more expensive. Both hotels are owned by the Marriott group. This time we decided to...

The Stone Mountain Inn is a great value especially if you're planning on visiting some of the Stone Mountain attractions, most of which are walkable from this hotel. The hotel itself is unique in that it was made to look like a plantation house with decor to match. However, the issue for me was comfort. There were 5 adults staying...

Rooms were large and clean. You can walk to the evening show, closer than most of the parking. Not many choices for eating in the evening, however, several nice places just outside the park. Desk can help you. One place right at one of the exits of the main road was very good, reasonable, tasty, very large portions. Don't recall...

Had the need to travel to Atlanta for family business. Begrudged the thought of Atlanta traffic and chaos, so wondered what we could do to reward ourselves for this? Stone Mountain and a night at the Inn!!! It was splendid. Staff very friendly and helpful, accommodations very good for the price point. The laser show on the mountain...interesting. Had some...

The best and biggest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The hotel is showing its age but is VERY well maintained and very clean. The staff is great and very friendly. This is a perfect family weekend trip without a doubt. Highly recommended! The park is chock-full of history with lots of things for both adults and kids to do....

We have stayed at the Evergreen in the park several times but decided to give Stone Mountain Inn a shot this time because of the location being walking distance to everything. We should have just went to the other hotel. It's very unfortunate because this hotel has charm and has the potential to be a nice place if it was...

Positives - Nice old southern style hotel, most convenient hotel to Stone Mtn Park, large room with sofa bed, the covered porch with two rockers had a view of the outside pool, nice landscaping around the pool with large shade trees, cute outside chess and checkers area, breakfast buffet was good, front desk is very helpful with park information and...

We were very pleased with our room It was huge !! Our overall visit to the park was great and very interesting. Our only criticism would be the breakfast buffet offered. It was totally overpriced. The scrambled eggs were not edible in our opinion

We choose to stay here vs the conference, lets face it we came to see the rock and what better way to see than to stay across the street from it. I wasnt looking for the activities the main resort offers we wanted to enjoy each other and the convience of being across the street was perfect. Historic Building with...

Honestly, we were only at the hotel for a total of 9 hours (mainly to sleep). The attendees at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Check in was running late, but they went ahead and gave us our park tickets (included in our package) so we could walk across the street and enjoy the park. The package actually...
