Visited area to see granddaughter in theThursford Spectacular. Hosts very welcoming. Clean & comfortable accommodation. Great full English breakfast, with plenty of choice. Value for money, and good location .

Sue, the owner, really does go the extra mile to make you welcome and comfortable. She lives on site and is readily available to help if need be. I had a large room upstairs and the only draw back was that it would have been impossible to carry a large, heavy suitcase upstairs. No problem. Sue stored it downstairs for...

We spent three very comfortable nights at Wensum House. Large quiet twin-bed room with en-suite bathroom and shower over the bath, coffee/tea facilities plus TV. Car Parking is on pavement outside or along the road next to Wensum House where, when the pavement spot was occupied, we had no trouble in finding a space. Sue, the proprietor, was so helpful...

Situated very close to entrance for Fakenham Racecourse where I was attending an event. I spent two nights here in a twin bedded en-suite room which was comfortable with seating area/tv/tea making facilities/wifi and both shower and bath. The owners were extremely friendly and hospitable, even very kindly offering to petsit my overly anxious dog while I was out for...

Despite an inauspicious start (we tried to check in at a similarly sounding establishment down the road) we were given a warm welcome by Sue. Our family suite was cosy and inviting and adequate for our one-night stay. Our breakfast the next morning was superb with a choice of hearty alternatives to set us up for a long walk on...

Spent two nights here with the family in this lovely house which is full of character. A very warm welcome from Sue who looked after us tremendously especially with her excellent breakfasts! A quiet location ideal base for exploring North Norfolk.

“Do you care about having en suite? What if I offered you a real bath tub, (instead of the shower only which one often finds) but it is not en suite?... If mainly you want the en suite, they do have that also.”
