Oasis between the jars of Gesturi, Sili and Santa Vittoria... ancient stables re-adapted and brought back to life with extraordinary attention to detail. Stone, abundant in the surrounding area, reigns supreme. The interiors are a hybrid between tradition and the clean and welcoming modernity of the best resorts. There is the wise guidance of those who have always lived the countryside and of those who, having to collect its legacy, have brought modern tools to enhance and respect it. Outside there are large spaces. Open infinity pool, with hydromassage area, all around large spaces made of stone and among the scrub. It dominates the countryside of Gergei and as far as the eye can see over Campidano and Ilgesiente... seven very tidy rooms that recall our Sardinian tradition through various themes, a suite built entirely in stone, a jewel waiting to be discovered. Other areas for events are created along the paths of the estate, spaces for weddings, concerts, parties such as the theater, reproductions of traditional fins, a reproduction of a nuraghe is under construction.
For those seeking full relaxation there is the Spa and sauna, emotional showers, Turkish bath and body treatments are available. For those who want to explore the surrounding naturalistic excursions by quad and mountain bike.
The agritourism could not be missing, exceptional dishes of great variety but strong adherence to the territory and local producers, completed by courses and seminars on pasta and other gastronomic wonders.
Courtesy and attention to the guest, almost making you feel at home.
Highly recommended, we will be back.

We felt right at home here! The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, the furnishings of the common rooms and the rooms are cozy and coordinated to the smallest detail, bright and clean rooms with Sardinian patterns, embroidery, lots of wood and natural materials. In addition, there is the huge outdoor area where donkeys, cattle, 4 Labradors and 2 cats live, who like to be petted and also exude a very serene character. The food from the hotel's kitchen is excellent, the staff polite and friendly. We were lucky to have an open air concert during our stay, a very special experience that will stay with us for a long time! We would definitely come back! Many thanks to the entire team of Is Perdas!

Simply spectacular!!! The team have done a fantastic job here and it was such a joy to stay here. Beautiful rooms with Sardinian touches to remind you of the the farming heritage of the place. Local natural materials (stone, cork, linens) made the rooms feel crisp and clean, lots of textures and well chosen decor. Delicious food and house wine!

Stunning views from anywhere on the property - the pool is just gorgeous. Beautiful spa, attentive and friendly staff. We went as a couple, might bring the kids next time ..
regardless our stay felt really special and we will certainly be back! Grazie per averci!!

Location very nice and well cared for. Great food, excellent breakfast but some tricks could have changed the fate of the stay that in light of everything I feel not to recommend.
The price is quite high 260 euros, night with breakfast. The 3-year-old paid 90 euros. I would have gladly spent it if there was something included in this price. Ex: my husband bought a massage, I asked if in the meantime, since we were not offered any activities to carry out (and an entire afternoon in a completely isolated place, without TV, games, nothing, "ha da passa" with a child) I asked if I could buy the Spa path with the child. It was proposed to me at full price (70 euros per head) although using only 2 relaxation rooms. Now I say, the Spa is at no cost to the facility, it was still in operation, offering 1 hour of entertainment would have made us feel welcomed and less stupid, for spending all that money to spend the whole day facing the walk. Great dinner, nothing to say, but grappa at the end (half a glass) is offered everywhere. Nothing, that's in the bill, too. Small precautions for the customer, at little cost to the manager unfortunately non-existent. The price would have been justified by an impeccable welcome and instead: cleaning Easter in aperitif time. really tasteless. In fact at the time of cecking in (15.30) all chairs raised and washing the salon in front of us. I was going to apologize for the inconvenience. Very poor room cleaning, especially on the floor. It was clear that the room had been closed for some time and was not reviewed. Outdoor pool very nice but not usable, bike rental not proposed, accompaniment at waterfalls not proposed, no service of those advertised was usable. For that price I expected something else. I do not recommend it, especially not in season. Too bad, because we Sardinians talk a lot about tourism out of season and instead we are not really able.

I stayed with my partner for 2 nights. The place is nice, in the middle of the countryside with a suggestive view. Much attention to detail in the furnishings with some breathtaking gems (first of all the enormous circular window with a fantastic view at sunset). In the basement there is a very beautiful SPA with attention to every detail which is a bit reminiscent of a cave. We took advantage of the 90 minute wellness program plus a 50 minute relaxing massage. Everything was very nice and the staff was decidedly professional and helpful. Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool and various fantastic stone structures. The rooms of the structure are themed on old crafts (ours was "weaver"). Not particularly large, even if there was a mezzanine, and the bed was not very comfortable. There was no TV or minibar. Average breakfast. We had dinner at restaurant on the second evening, and perhaps this was the most disappointing part of the experience. Sardinian dishes were nothing special in very small portions and at quite high prices. The service left a lot to be desired (we took a bottle of wine for almost 30 euros which was uncorked in the other room and placed on the table as if we were in a tavern). We are not people who formalize but if you have certain prices and therefore have the presumption of being a medium-high range place you are you manager that you should formalize at least. Another sore point was that they were carrying out expansion work right next to our room so we stayed in a room with a view of the construction site (including noise and dust). Let's say that for the prices they have we expected something better but all in all it wasn't bad.

Our stay at Is Perdas overall went well, the property deserves, it is very nice but some things should be reviewed. We booked the wellness course on the day of arrival, great welcome but I regret to say that our expectations were not met, the route takes 90 minutes for a cost of 50 € per person, with a salt room that has nothing fancy, Turkish bath that, I have done on other occasions in other facilities, was freezing, sauna for two and jacuzzi for 4 people ... yes! we had to share the tiny tub with two other strangers, which for goodness sake there would have been no problem if it were not that you touched with your feet, rather embarrassing.
The room, also did not meet our expectations .. small, without a simple shelf to put even just the car keys, tiny closet, we had two travel bags not too big that did not fit inside.
Large bathroom also without shelves, the toilet had neither the lid nor the tablet, the shower without a box with a cloth curtain that covered only one side of the shower, the result was that the bathroom was flooded.
Buffet breakfast included in the stay
On the first day we ate the remains of guests who had gone before us, usually it is requested if you like coffee or other cafeteria... the drinks at the table were finished we almost seemed to have to disturb asking how much we expected to find in the buffet, on the second day a little better but perhaps because there were fewer guests
The perfect dinner a bit long the time due to the fact that there was only one person in the room
Great food, great cleanliness and friendly staff

For the amount requested sincerely we expected more ...

It’s been a while since I wanted to organize, the outdoor location is very nice. The food experience very bad I did not expect: especially because being on a set menu I expected a minimum of quality equal to the location. They were out of desserts, too... but how do you run out of desserts on a set menu? Just count how many customers have booked... Anyway appetizers in quantities not in line with a farm, first not exceptional, cold and chewy piglet and last but not least dessert dulcis (provided for by the set menu) ended because they had too many customers... zero discount for this inconvenience. Not even a seadas of “backup” for these situations... all for a price of 45 adult and half child up to 10 years....

The structure is located outside the town in a hilly area. The view is suggestive but the area is extremely depressed and the resort is far from any service. Dinner at the farmhouse is practically an obligatory choice; decent but not exceptional dishes. Wrap proposed as the chef's specialty and stewed suckling pig to be rethought. Breakfast offers few local products and many packaged products. The room is nice, it has an elegant bathroom, a beautiful window overlooking the valley but the bed is small, there is no bedside table on each side, a wardrobe worthy of the name (the one present did not rest correctly on the floor and was at risk of falling), a shelf in the bathroom, no TV or refrigerator or courtesy bottles of water. We did not use the Spa because the price is out of market and excessive. Both the rooms and the common spaces are enriched with many decorative objects; the doubt remains as to how much dust can settle. Be careful of mud in the car park in case of rain.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

There are no words to describe the beauty of Is Perdas. A structure built in full harmony with the landscape, among hectares of vegetation with a view of Gergei and the plain to the mountains.
Everything has been designed with nature, relaxation, comfort and sustainability in mind.
The use of stone was made with workers and impeccable taste.
The infinite pool is the very modern and beautiful SPA then add an exclusive touch of sophistication that goes very well with the surrounding environment.
All the staff is very kind and professional, always available.
Spending a few days at Is Perdas is a cure-all for body and mind.

We had lunch in 4 and we were all very happy for the menu and the nice location, a mixture of ancient and modern.
6 starters, 2 first courses, 2 main courses, including a fabulous roasted pig with crisp rind and dessert is what we were served with kindness and with the right timing.
Very pleasant red wine.
The cost of 45 euros is more than fair.
A farm to which you must return!
