The Grove is a recently renovated hotel in downtown Boise. Great location, great staff, all you would expect from a first-rate hotel. It also has an arena under the hotel. While we were staying, they hosted some bare-knuckles or ultimate fighting matches that brought the young, hard-partying, hard-drinking younger crowd you would expect. Our friends had to call the desk...

Hi Bydie20, Thank you for your positive remarks regarding our location and staff. I understand that the event hosted in our attached CenturyLink Arena may have been a bit disruptive during your stay. It is my sincere hope that our team reacted swiftly to both quiet the noise as well as serve your friends with care and compassion for the...

My wife and I had an awesome opportunity to stay at this hotel for our one year anniversary, it was amazing! What a fun weekend, this hotel is within walking distance of our favorite restaurants and the movies. From our room we could see right up the street to the train station, what a view! The pool room is beautiful,...

Zach- We are glad your anniversary escape into downtown Boise was a success. We all love showing off the state-of-the-art fitness facility that our guests use for free during their stay. Hope to see you again next year! John C.

Stayed two nights for a "business" trip. It was very clean, comfortable. The receptionists, bel hops, valets were all happy and accomodating. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The views from the 12th floor were fabulous and the gym was fantastic. The rooms were spacious. Piano bar downstairs. Bathrooms were updated and clean. The whole place was seemingly new.

The only reason I downloaded the app is because I had to compliment Corliss!! He was an amazing valet and I had to give him a positive review!! I was a guest for 3 nights and he remembered my name the morning after check in. He's a valuable asset to your team and you're lucky to have him!! I specifically...

Dear Giant25guy, Wow! What a great post about our team member, Corliss. We agree- he has a special touch that helps set our team apart. Interestingly, Corliss was our most recent employee of the quarter so we are thrilled to share this praise with him and hope he/we can continue to amaze future guests. ~Aimee

Arguably the nicest hotel in town. My first visit was comped as my band performed at the New Year's Eve Potato Drop in 2015. While the weather was frigid (7 degrees, and we played outside), the hotel staff and facility could not have been warmer. When it came time for a little overnight trip to Boise with the girlfriend, The...

I was met by friendly and helpful Valet to the Front Desk staff that was consistently exceptional from the first moment to the last minute on the property. The rooms were super quiet even thought it's located near the city center. Luckily my room rate was at maximum of government per diem. The regular cost might be too high to...

Pros: very spacious room, plenty of areas to put things, entire staff was friendly and attentive, good view (most rooms are on the higher levels so you can't go wrong), easy to walk to the...

Great location in downtown. Free shuttle to and from the airport; staff was always friendly and helpful; clean rooms; 4th floor balcony that is wonderful; Traders Joe's is across the street so snacks are cheap and convenient.
