My husband and I booked the weekend to catch a college football game between our two teams. I attended BSU and was excited to show my husband the campus, and of course win the game. BSU is literally right across the street from the hotel. The field is only a short 8 minute walk up one street. Next to the...

This was one of the most disgusting Marriott hotels we've stayed in, and we stay at plenty as we are rewards members. Perhaps it's because it's near a college campus? This is our experience here. We'd made reservations a couple of months prior to staying. And, we used our rewards points to stay. We arrived at the hotel about 6...

jackmOuse, I do appreciate that you stayed with us on August 24th. I am very sorry that you had a terrible stay at our hotel. I am also sorry that I might not have handled the situation to the best of my ability. We did have major flood in the hotel and we placed the damaged rooms out of order....

This hotel is in the PERFECT location for: walking downtown Boise, hitting up the Green Belt, seeing Ann Morrison Park, going to Boise State University, or just setting out on foot/bike (they even have bikes to rent in the parking lot) to see the city. Traffic can be a bit of a pain during rush hour; but just avoid rush...

We stayed here for a weekend in August. It appeared that there was some construction work going on in the facility but it never bothered us. The beds were great. We slept very well. We were on the 4th floor. The elevator was a bit slow but not really bad. The breakfast was good. The waffles were fabulous. They had...

I've stayed here several times while checking out Boise State University with my daughter. The people here are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and roomy enough. It is only about 5 or 10 minutes from the airport and they have a free shuttle to transport to and from. The breakfast is decent and free. And it's right...

This is a great location near the University and easy access to Capitol. We love the small kitchen and it is especially great to have a fridge. Great Marriott property. Includes a continental breakfast but we opt to use the coffee maker in the room.

I stayed at the TownePlace Suites for a period of about 10 months and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and the accommodations were exceptional. Chris and Ben at the front desk were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the team's effort. When I needed a room, Mary was also very helpful with organizing my reservation....

I drove 500 miles to be present for 2 family events happening in the area on the same day, back to back - I was exhausted. I had called a day or so in advance and arranged for an early check-in since I would be driving all night and wanted a few hours rest before I started my day -...

Very nice to be within walking distance of downtown Boise. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel needs to have its Marriott franchise pulled! Never have I seen such a dirty unkept hotel in the Marriott family. I travel over 200 days a year and have never had a Marriott property that wasn't acceptable. This one is not. The front desk staff was kind but the hotel is horrible.

I am so very sorry that our hotel was not up to standard during your stay with us. I would like to think that what you experienced was an anomoly. I'm not sure if you had issues with your room, public areas, or the entire hotel in general, but please know these comments will be shared with the entire staff....
