We live about 45 miles from Boise and stay here regularly when we hang out downtown for concerts or other activities that don't allow us to drive back home after :) Always clean and the staff is always super helpful. The location is perfect and they always offer a military discount!!!!

Very nice hotel located conveniently in downtown Boise near all the great restaurants and other activities Boise has to offer. Staff was very professional and helpful. Rooms modern and well appointed. Parking a bit tight but they offered a very nice covered area for some of the parking spots. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My elderly friend was in town to visit for a few days and stayed here. My first impression was awful as my friend went in to Angela at the desk and asked for a parking pass as her daughter had misplaced the paper pass. Angela made a BIG deal of it and scolded/ belittle my elderly friend for losing the...

I reserved this for some friends coming to town, then spent a lot of time at the hotel with them. I was amazed at the quality of the rooms, the amenities, the location, and the staff. The price is incredible and much, much lower than any other downtown hotels. I can't say enough about how impressed I was.

We drove to Boise with our teenage daughter & pal to see a concert at the Knitting Factory. While the Safari Inn might lack charm or modern appeal, and it's a bit worn (bring your own pillow), you'll be walking distance to everything downtown (restaurants, shopping, concert venues). Parking is free. Plus, the price was low enough that we could...

Everything about this stay was average. Average bed, basic breakfast, poor view of an alley and dumpsters. Great location close to everything downtown. The vending machine outside my door was loud and the Ice machine made an awesome clunking sound every hour or so.

Absolutely horrible experience. Cindy at the front desk could not have been more condescending and rude. Appalled at the customer service. I feel sad Boise is represented by such a horrible hotel "customer service representative." Pathetic. Poor Boise.

We arrived late and left early so can only give a limited assessment The room was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom and bath were chipped(slightly tired) but everything worked. The reception was fast efficient and helpful. The included breakfast was adequate and the location is excellent. Good value .

comfortable room, great location, friendly service. Nothing egregious here, but the traffic noise might be unwelcomed (we are sound sleepers). The breakfast wasn't super, but free... Everything worked and the bed was comfortable and clean.

The people were friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast, but instead walked to one of the numerous downtown restaurants. It was nice to have a place for our car so we didn't have to worry about downtown parking!
