Tried this place for the 1st time this summer just because it had an outdoor pool. Stayed 2 nights in August and had the pool to ourselves in the late afternoon even though the hotel was booked pretty solid according to the parking lot. Another plus for downtown is free parking on the property and pretty quiet rooms for being...

We have stayed here before and it is a great location for walking around downtown. The overflow parking across the street was also the site for the Saturday Market, bonus for us to take in before we left that morning. The staff is great, breakfast was pretty average, basic. We were welcomed by one of the staff's little dogs as...

Moderately priced hotel near the old linen district in Boise. The hotel is but a few blocks from the eateries in downtown Boise. Have enjoyed the Safari numerous time over the years and have always found it comfortable, quite, and clean. While the hotel is an older property it has been well cared for, a great value for the budget...

We were especially delighted with the customer service provided by Barbara at the front desk. The first night was stressful because our room overlooked a nightlife venue, where at various hours we were subjected to loud shouting and laughter in the alley. The next morning, after relaying our experience, Barbara kindly upgraded us to a room on the other side...

We brought a large group to this hotel for Jaialdi. The staff and management went the extra mile to ensure we had a nice stay, even resolving a booking error on our side at the last minute. Plenty of parking, and we were able to pull up two full-sized tour buses for loading and unloading. Decent breakfast, and little touches...

Had a wonderful 3 day stay during Jaialdi 2015. Excellent room on the 3rd floor of 'Building C', facing Main Street. Quiet, comfortable with an efficient and relatively quiet A/C system providing consistent cooling in spite of 103 degree days. Very spacious room with one King bed and a lovely (and quite unusual) sitting area - a spacious kitchen style...

Nothing spectacular about this older place and the front desk was slow, but I would return based on a very reasonable price and a great location. The parking was free and I found a place under cover to park for the weekend and never needed my vehicle as there was plenty to do within walking distance. I also liked the...

The Safari Inn is located at the heart of Boise. You can walk to the capitol, to the river, to Boise State University, etc. It has everything you need for a nice, comfortable stay. Its rates are very reasonable & they include a good continental breakfast, The swimming pool is small, but it fits te bill for a quick dip....

Stopped in July 1st for one night. We found a couple disgusting and ALARMING issue the next morning. We took pictures and notify the front desk. The manager went and inspect the room while we were checking out. The front desk did not issue a receipt because she said "We will take care of it." We called them the next...

We stayed here because we wanted a downtown location and the price was right. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The bathrooms are a little dated and the mattresses weren't super comfy. The breakfast wasn't anything to get excited about and the pool is pretty small, but for a downtown location, we were content. The main thing...
