Everything about this stay was average. Average bed, basic breakfast, poor view of an alley and dumpsters. Great location close to everything downtown. The vending machine outside my door was loud and the Ice machine made an awesome clunking sound every hour or so.
Absolutely horrible experience. Cindy at the front desk could not have been more condescending and rude. Appalled at the customer service. I feel sad Boise is represented by such a horrible hotel "customer service representative." Pathetic. Poor Boise.

comfortable room, great location, friendly service. Nothing egregious here, but the traffic noise might be unwelcomed (we are sound sleepers). The breakfast wasn't super, but free... Everything worked and the bed was comfortable and clean.
