When I was planning my one week stay in CDA, I was looking around for a nice and comfortable hotel. Whatever I saw on Travelocity or other travel tools was not really in my interest. I started searching for B&B's and I found the Roosevelt Inn. The pictures looked all wonderful and so I called to make my reservation. I...

This is the second time we have stayed at an old school that was purchased by a former student, then turned into a B&B. It is so much fun to hear stories of their experiences there. The Roosevelt is charming, and the the hosts are welcoming, wanting to make your stay as perfect as possible. Great job!

Very pleasant B&B. We were very happy to find an extremely pet friendly place to stay where our dog enjoyed the spacious garden. We had to remind ourselves it was a B&B so no TV in the room. Cute converted school house very well located in scenic Coeur d' Alene.

First I'd like to thank you for the things you did like about our B & B Inn. We work very hard to try and make everyone's experience here a wonderful one. I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with some aspects and I would like to address them: Our property is 111 years old but extensive care is taken...

No way to describe how helpful Tina and staff were in helping me plan a bridesmaids' tea! Being from out of town and out of area, all plans were made via phone. It can be a bit unnerving to be the hostess and not know what you could be getting into. Tina was always gracious, helpful, and made wonderful suggestions....

My husband and I stayed 4 nights. We would try to find another place to stay before returning. John is loud spoken, boisterous, and likes being the center of attention, but Tina is generous and friendly. They have a large dog, but he is friendly and minds well. The breakfast is good, but not as varied as most B&Bs. There...

Hi, this is John responding to your comments. First of all thank you for your comments and taking the time to fill us in where we need a little more work. First off I will apologize for my offensiveness towards you, yes it has been said, I can be a little over the top and even theatrical, probably a little...

My husband and I, accompanied by our Havanese, were visiting Coeur d' Alene for a car show and needed a pet friendly place to stay. Our small dog was not only welcome, but was greeted with a pet package that included everything we needed for our stay. Everything was perfect from the room, to the hospitality of the staff, to...

John, Tina, and staff were great. They made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond. Very nice grounds with a friendly golden retriever greeter. Wonderful breakfast! The waffles are a must try. The Inn is within easy walking distance to the lake and lots of dining and shopping.

The Roosevelt Inn does B&B right, We stayed in the Myers room, which was clean, comfortable, quiet. The host could not have been more helpful and friendly. Rather than a heavy breakfast with more food than we could eat, we were asked what we'd like, which we greatly appreciated.
