It's not often I stay in a hotel and wish for the stay to end, but this definately was one of those occasions. First the good points .... excellent location, right in the centre of Lido and very close for transportation into Venice. Excellent views over the Lagoon towards St. Marks .... alhtough you have to pay an additional 20...

This hotel is very conveniently situated at the end of the main street and directly across from the vaporetto stop. The sign is easy to miss as it is not large. Like many hotels in Venice (it seems) it is looking a little faded. We booked a room with a lagoon view and a balcony (they ignored the request for...

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in May of 2008, we were booked here through our tour group. Overall we had a great time and thought the hotel was very nice. The rooms are small (even for Europe), but the staff was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. The hotel is a small, family run...

We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. Our room (#23) had a fantastic view of St. Mark's Square across the Lagoon, was VERY spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good, just the right amount of variety (meats, cheese, bread along with usual breakfast things). So simple to get to from the airport by taking an Alilaguna...

We stayed at the Riviera for 3 nights in Oct. 07 as part of a Go Ahead tour and found the hotel to be wonderful. It was very clean. Our room was like a mini-suite and very large by European standards. It is located on Lido Island and it is a great location to chill out after the crowds in...

Myself and my Mum stayed here about 2 weeks ago for 5 nights. Hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok. This hotel is absolutely fantastic value for money, and when booking I requested a lagoon view, and thats what we got. We loved the lido, which is 10 mins from Venice and the Hotel was opposite...

Staying on the lido was really nice. It is a little bit of paradise in Venice. The hotel was nice, the room was really nice and comfortable, we got a nice view from our window, the staff were really nice which were the doormen, counter staff, breakfast attendants and also the cleaners! The only reason I am rating this a...

Myself and 6 friends had booked this hotel for 3 nights in May. I could not fault this hotel at all. Its not 5 star quality - but doesnt pretend to be either. What you do get is a charming hotel with friendly, helpful staff who really want to make your stay happy. The decoration was originally opulent but is...
