Great location, chose to stay outside Venice as can be very busy. This was 25 mins on a water bus from the city. Very clean and a really nice individual hotel. Staff all very friendly. Bar would be nice but there are some very close by (small bar area but no one there). I liked it.

Hotel close to but not overly spoilt by the main area of Lido. Very friendly welcome that was followed through with information and advice when requested. Staff excellent Nice room with adequate size. Booked as part of a city break so not expecting a penthouse! Pleasantly surprised. Clean, well appointed, large bathroom and air con that was still in operation...

Great room off the beaten track we got a top floor room with a huge balcony which we enjoyed with a glass of Prosecco in the evenings. Staff were helpful and filled us in on any details we needed and it was about a quick 20 minute trip by the bus ferry to the main part of Venice where we...

We stayed as family of 4 and got one of the big middle rooms. Lovely canal view, strong air con, spacious bathroom. Lovely 4 poster bed with curtains which the kids enjoyed. Then 2 single beds which my wife and I took. Clean, spacious, good looking building. Excellent service from the friendly staff. Short stroll to lido main street and...

We had a first floor family room with a small balcony overlooking the canal at the front of the hotel. The room had a double bed and sofa bed - plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Pros - location (easy walk to water bus station and 10 minute walk to the beach), air con, fridge with mini-bar,...

Loved, loved loved. Upscale hotel with air conditioning. Wonderful beautiful rooms. Very up to date. Clean rooms and halls, fresh smelling, and bath amenities, plus friendly staff. Amazing breakfast buffet plenty of gluten free options. Close to it all, yet far enough from Venice, Venice to be peaceful.

We booked this hotel with a Penthouse room looking forward to a nice terrace, bathtub, relaxing nights away from the main Venice crowds... NOT! The terrace was very small and with ZERO privacy (room 404)--attached to the one from the room next to ours and divided by just a small wall and a wooden screen. Not to mentioned that it...

Hotel very convenient for water buses and beach. Staff welcoming and helpful. Room fine for our needs, overlooking small canal. Pretty breakfast room and little garden to eat in. Breakfast excellent - I have a gluten-free diet, and this was not a problem. Roberta was able to recommend some suitable restaurants. We specially liked Vegetarian/Vegan Bistrot nearby, with really varied...
