We stayed here at the end of January (Friday to Monday) which happened to coincide with the Carnival. The hotel is small with little or no luxury touches but was great for us as we simply used it as a base. The room was small (we had room 33 which was an economy double). The shower cubicle was a touch...

Very nice hotel in Lido, far from the large groups of turists in Venice, but only 15 min from the San Marco square with vaporetto. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the beach and vaporetto station, about 5 min and the main street with restaurants. The double rooms are a little bit small, but keep in...

Stayed here for 3 nights. I had room 21, which is located on the main floor, across from the breakfast room. To get to Lido from / to Marco Polo, one must take the Alilaguna boat. It's a long ride, 40-45 mins but it's pleasant. Once you arrive in Lido, i strongly recommend purchasing passes for ACTV - they have...

Nice and cozy hotel with just a few rooms makes it good choice for those who prefer quiet place to stay. Rooms are rather small but nice and clean. Breakfast was sufficient but little bit monotonous since they served same food every morning.

We have recently returned from a lovely week's holiday at this delightful hotel. We had a superior room with a small balcony and found it very comfortable. Bed linen was changed every two nights and towels when required. As many reviewers have remarked the shower cubicle didn't leave much room for manoeuvre! Reception was manned from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. when...

Went to Venice on a business trip (it's true: there are businesses in Venice, too!) and stayed on this lovely little hotel in the Lido island, just in front of the town of Venice. This lovely little hotel is set in a very quiet zone (at least, during low touristic season) offers nice rooms, a complete breakfast, wi-fi that properly...

Villa Delle Palme is a quirky Art Nouveau gem just off the Lido shore. Its easy to find, in a pleasant quiet location within its own gardens with palm trees and a huge magnolia. For the same price as a shoebox in Venice with a shared bathroom you get a lovely big room with ensuite facilities; some rooms have a...
