Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and honestly wished we hadn't. Haven't had a good nights sleep since we arrived. The bad points to this hotel are:
- room is tiny, can hardly move around to get dressed
- bed hard and uncomfortable
Lovely room on fourth floor. Very clean with large bathroom.
Excellent reception staff especially Jacob. Ideal location for water bus and situated near restaurants and bars. Breakfast average and building work directly outside hotel.

Hi, I agree with both the above answers but, just to clarify - the three day pass covers coach travel to and from the airport but not a water taxi. Fun to get this one way (on arrival) but is an extra. Your pass covers all other travel as explained above. Good choice of hotel and nice location on V Lido.

You can buy a two or three day pass costs 52 euros for the 3 day and includes the cost of return bus fare to Venice. Buy at the public transport desk as you come out of arrivals. The number 5 aerobus, outside airport takes you to Venice. Very easy to navigate and find. Ask for a waterbus route map ( similar to London Underground map) shows all the routes and numbers. Have a wonderful time:)
