As a little girl, I remembered this hotel as the amazing fancy one on the banks of the Snake River overlooking the falls and LDS temple, but aside of the pleasant front desk personnel, decent bed, and nice view, it was outdated and run down. The side walks were crumbling, grass filled with dandilions, some mold in the caulking in...

My husband and I have been staying at this hotel on our way to Montana for many years!! It started out as a Red Lion and was a beautiful, clean and reasonably priced hotel. Really love the beautiful park across the street--perfect for walking the dog. The hotel subsequently sold and was Inn At The Falls--started to go downhill at...

Nothing special about this hotel. Room door had a tendency to get stuck and be hard to open but no big deal for me. The room had a tub which was nice and seems harder to find these days but the wife really likes to soak. The outdoor pool was ok. One of the hand rails into the pool was...

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No hot (or even warm) water. There was long dark hair in the sink and tub. No clock in the room. Leaning against the wall was a large broken mirror with tools on the floor next to it. Terrible continental breakfast. I paid over $100.00 (special deal) and would have had a better night's...

This place was a disaster and the staff was the rudest I've ever experienced. I would never recommend this hotel. I had to let the water run in the sink to get it to "warm". Dirty bathroom- hair left all over the floor. Loud doors. What was the worst part? The rude staff.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The first room we were given had not been made up! The second room we were given the toilet did not work! So third time lucky, I don't think so what with a babies rug still half way out from under bed from previous customer. I guess the cleaner just missed it!!...

Best views of the falls as far as hotels go (if you request a room on the falls side), the rooms are huge which is great, and having a balcony was a huge plus! But, the room was pretty dirty, our garbage can still had garbage from the last guests, and a dirty towel hanging on the door, and hair...
