No indoor hot tub for adults only... parents bringing babies in pool diapers upstairs to the bar area hot tubs. Too flexible about cabana reservations cancellation policy... 2 of 3 cabanas sat unused from 10 to 1 before desk contacted the individuals. People like us were here at opening on a waiting list... seems like a wasted opportunity and poor...

We took a last minute trip to Silver Mountain with our family of four plus our dog:). The rooms are privately owned so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. It was beautiful! Huge kitchen with anything you may need for an overnight stay. The room and kitchen were spotless. The only thing that I could find wrong was that...

Stayed in 1 bedroom condo. First glance everything looked great, then we started to discover many little things wrong. Wifi wouldn't connect(husband works in IT), table legs, pocket doors, bathroom locks and coffee pot broken. Couldn't figure out fire place, no clear directions on how to do so. All the lamps were unplugged, don't know if it's a safety thing...

Planned birthday party for 6 yr old granddaughter. She picked the place, having been there before. It was perfect! Water play all day with rented 2 bedroom/full kitchen worked well for cooking pizza and serving cake. Plenty of room for invited friends & parents for slumber party. Other family members had adjoining rooms as well. Comfortable with everything you need....

We stayed in a 1 Bedroom for 5 nights in February. The place was great, they let us in our room early and it was clean and well-decorated. Our bed was a true King bed, our kids slept on pull-out couch and were fine. Full kitchen was great, we made breakfast there every day so we could get out to...

We had a good time. The hot tubs were not hot enough. A pool or wave pool would be a great addition. Snack bar was very mediocre. The kids did have a good time and it was nice to escape from the cold for a glare hours.

My wife and I took our kids and their kids for a 2 day get away at the end of Feb, we booked into our room and got everyone bundled up to ride the gondola up to the top of the ski hill to do some "Tube" sledding, the ride up in the gondola is worth it in it's self,...

Our room is nice . But for 200 bucks a night we slept terribly. The king bed we slept in is actually just 2 twin beds maybe even 2 full size beds pushed together. My husband kept falling into the crack in-between us. The mini fridge kept making sounds all night too. With no breakfast and paper thin walls and...

My husband and I had planned a two night stay, with a day of skiing at Silver Mountain and a day at Lookout Pass. Not only was the resort kind enough to let us have our room early, before we went skiing at Silver Mountain, when the weather turned so nasty the next day that skiing wasn't even possible, they...
