Our recent stay here was perfect! We stayed 3 nights without any disappointment. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. We didn't have a room with the big bathtub but we did use the outdoor hot tub, very nice. We will definitely stay here in the future.

This is a lovely hotel. The service is exemplary, the room warm and comfortable, and what could be better than an in-room soak in hot mineral water? This was the major selling point because it would have been tough going to and from the outside pools on a 14 degree night. I'll definitely return soon!

We were passing thru and came upon this place.... and glad we did !!! This hotel is located in the middle of town, close to restaurants and more. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well !!! The public hot spring pools are a short walk up the street.

I've stayed here many times through the years, and it's always been wonderful. The location cannot be beat, and the service is always friendly and extremely accommodating. This stay has proven no less! Our front desk agent, Misty, has been exceptional. There was a (very small) issue with our first room; she immediately took care of us in a very...

Our family stayed there the first weekend of March 2017. We had a total of three rooms and stayed for 2 nights. The staff was very warm and welcoming, the beds were comfortable and the tub was huge. The only downside was a lack of drawers and closet space. There was one small drawer in the nightstand and the very...

I loved the room and the atmosphere. The tub was huge! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. And seriously the Blue Moon bar has the best jalapeño burger I've ever had. The only thing I didn't like was that we got a noise complaint at 5 pm.

Short walk from public baths. Big two person tubs in rooms with hot mineral water. Hot water heat and nice artwork. Everything within walking distance, several dining options close by. From upscale menu at the Riverside to great pizza at the Royal hotel.

Pros: nicest hotel in Lava, big two person tub, close to everything (walking distance) Friendly service Cons: thin walls, can hear everything inside or out, parking is very limited, bed was too firm for me We will stay here again because it's the best hotel in Lava despite the cons.

My solo trip started with stoping in to the home hotel, my room wasn't ready but they got my check in started and made me feel welcome! I went to the hot pools and got a massage, and my room was ready upon my return! They have real keys for the rooms! The train comes by but I don't think...

The room was super clean, the staff was beyond nice. We got stuck in our parking spot because of the snow, but the manager and house keeper came out to assist in pushing us out. We will definitely be back!! Oh, and the tub in our room was big and comfortable to soak in!!
