We stayed five nights, fished four days (all four sections of the river). Our guides Dallin and Jason were fantastic; knowledgable, friendly and easy to spend a day in the boat with! We used a variety of fly fishing techniques and caught a "grand slam" each day: native cutthroat, rainbow, hybrid cutbow and brown trout. The restaurant was wonderful, especially...

My brother and I stayed 2 nights at South Fork Lodge in late June utilizing an all-inclusive package that included fishing all day. Weather was perfect. Stayed in the Lodge. The Good -every member of the staff was super friendly and helpful -they stayed open late (past 9:00 pm kitchen closing time) and fed us even though we got there...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. South Fork Lodge is an awesome Fishing Lodge with a caring staff and world class guides; we strive to meet guests expectations daily. I always appreciate constructive criticism. Unfortunately, South Fork Lodge does not have a spa so there is only an option to arrange in room services from Idaho...

We were on our way to Jackson Hole after a long day of travel and stopped in to see if by chance they had room. Not only did this lodge have a huge, beautiful room right on the river, but we got a really reasonable rate as their season had not yet started. We ended up staying 3 nights in...

Amazing location, great views. We are semi- seasonal residents down from the SFL. Our home has a beautifully, gorgeous view. However, one of the reasons that we go to SFL is to meet, socialize & eat with our wonderful Swan Valley/ Driggs friends. We thought that the partnership with Natural Retreats would be wonderful but different; make it more what...

We are so disappointed that you and your friend’s experience at South Fork was not what you have come to expect and we appreciate you bringing it our attention. As you are aware, we are open seasonally and early each season there are some adjustments we need to make so that everyone understands our expectation. Obviously during your meal we...

We were extremely lucky in our visit. First, we rolled into town with no reservation, and went straight to the fly shop. We were able to book a guided drift boat trip with Ed Emory for the following day. And the lodge was offering a fish & stay deal, so we got two nights in the lodge for a very...

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights in mid-August after our trip to Kauai got cancelled due to a hurricane. Overall, the location is truly gorgeous and the fishing was incredible. However, the lodge itself left something to be desired. I'll review the two separately: Fishing We fished three days and caught 20+ fish EACH every single...

No complaints about anything. We spent three nights and two full days of fishing. Food was great. Service was outstanding. Fishing guide services were exceptional. Suites were exceptional. Location is beautiful. Stars were awe inspiring. But, about all else, the people .... all the people were so hospitable and friendly. We will be back .... again and again.

My husband and I stayed at South Fork for 5 nights. He had the fly fishing experience of a lifetime! Michael Jacobson and Darring Sinclair were incredible guides, and he'd highly recommend them both. The staff was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. Food is very good and cabins are spotless. The setting on the Snake River is beyond beautiful. If...

We fly fished for 2 days and hiked the Grand Tetons for a day. The accommodations were excellent, the food was superb, and the service impeccable. When my son called the front desk...
