The services so far so good. We enjoy it so far. All variant for breakfast in basically is well, but we suggest to add more variant (especially pastry variant--because my youngest brother need more muffins😀) Hope this services more increase the quality and Grand Zuri Bumi Serpong Damai can improve more and more.

Second Stay at Grand Zuri, last stay 5 Years Ago, Pros : 1.Rooms is okay clean 2.Good Check in process was fast 3.Good Services by the staff especially Roomboy who delivery extrabed for us Cons: For the first time i stay at many hotels they charge breakfast by height no age.. no kids rates for breakfast.above 120cm they charge 250K same as adult. My son is 6 years old height 130cm. I think is not value for money for 6 Years Old they charge 250k. I dont know why the made unussualy policy. Suggestion: 2 Room Boy have to carry Heavy Extrabed.I think the management should change the extrabed uneffective to setup extrabed with 2 Room Boy. Overall Hotel is good but we won't be staying at any grand zuri's hotel anytime soon.

Spent my weekend here. The food is good, staffs are friendly. Everything is good, they also serve teh tarik in the morning, which is very unique tho. The air conditioner is cool and location is kinda strategic, in the center of serpong.

hotel grand zuri BSD has nice and spacious rooms. the waiter was very friendly, the check-in process was fast. the breakfast is also good and lots of choices. will stay again at Grand Zuri BSD with big family later
