Two day stay in connection with nearby Blackburn College event - everything is very good with the exception of the complimentary breakfast. Owners needs to improve the selections. Bad eggs and white toast doesn't make it. Some fresh fruit, yogurt, etc would be welcomed!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights recently. It is an old Holiday Inn that does not look like it has been updated in 20+ years. The carpet and bathrooms are very tired. It is 2 stories and the second floor does not have an elevator. We wish we had known that before my elderly father was given a...

Had some problems the first time we stayed here.. long wait for deskclerk, given wrong room, etc, but the room we finally got was clean and quit, and the morning deskclerk was friendly and helpful. So when we needed a place to stop on our next trip this way, we gave it another chance. They did so much better that...

Room was not very clean. Room located across from laundry room with door always open and noise level irritating. Bedding appeared to be old and faded. Disappointing in how Magnuson had gone down since last year. Breakfast options extremely limited. Staff was friendly. Bartender was exceptional in the service he provided. Will not stay here again.

We were taking a two-week trip down south and stayed here on our way to and from. The beds were comfortable and the AC was fine. The room was clean but not spotless (refrigerator not cleaned, TV remote yucky). They were willing to put us in a different room however. Staff in both the hotel and restaurant were very friendly...

The housekeeping staff and servers in the restaurant are willing to help and friendly. The place is generally clean. We have stayed here 3 summers, and very little maintenance or updating has been done. Carpets need cleaning, our vanity was cracked, and several floor tiles were chipped.

This is the third summer we have stayed at the Magnuson Grand Hotel for a family reunion and it will be our last. It seems as if they have not made any improvements over the last year. We checked in on a Friday afternoon. The hallways were extremely dirty (clumps of dirt all over), paint is chipping off the walls,...

The breakfast wasn't good, but morning crew was great. The dinner crew at the resturant was NOT friendly at all very rude. Also the bartender was very nice and apologize for the waitress's been rude. Had an ok time. The Hotel could use an update, it's kind of out dated.

We just stayed a night but were drawn to the very nice outdoor setting. We arrive just before 10 pm and it was a smooth check in. The room was fine/average. I didn't see any reviews mentioning the workout room so here it is: 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, and 1 bike. The machines were decent and there was a tv,...

We were a large group and so many of us had the same experience with Megan at the front desk. She is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Why she is working at the type of job where she has to deal with customers is beyond me. She should be fired. I spoke to her on the...
