Great convenient location to the United Center. Rooms are small but perfect for two and a quick trip. Very clean, staff was very friendly. Would absolutely stay again. parking on site available for extra cost, but very convenient to have in and out privileges.

Stayed at hotel while attending the Big 10 Tournament- Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice pub across the street and easy walk to the United Center. Parking was on site and easy and on site.

Bunk room was small with no proper latter but adequate. Staff where very helpful and cheerful. Hotel was busy so the wifi was on the slow side. Great location for Blackhawk games. Within walking distance and several restaurants to choose from in the area. Also close to hwy

Place is walking distance to united center. Good local restaurants around the area. Friendly staff , good warm bed , and hot shower, parking available for additional price but worth it. Its a great hotel

I had a good stay it’s my second time there and I would highly recommend the rooms are big and spacious and kept clean and the staff was nice and welcoming. The tvs take a bit of getting use to but nothing u can’t figure out after 5 mins.

The hotel is nice clean and quiet I stayed on a snow day to have a easy commute to work. The gentleman at the front desk was a bit rude but he changed his approach After I brought to his attention he was being kinda rude.

I stay at the Hotel Chicago West Loop frequently as I live out of town and work near the hotel. The staff is friendly, sincere, helpful, and the hotel is quirky and safe. The description of the Petite Suite is what sold me! The room is so small that you have to go into the hall to change your mind. It is small, but has all that I need. Thank you to the staff at the Hotel Chicago West Loop - you rock!!

I was expecting more specially the rooms they were not clean. A romantic night well was a little off when we realized all the hair. I would still go.. but it was sad honestly specially my girlfriend who she is picky.. she was complaining about it 😔

Was not anticipating an overnight stay in Chicago, but the staff made my drop in quick and easy. Angelus at the front desk was particularly helpful, but all staff were friendly. Clean room, no bells and whistles. Just a solid place to stay for business travelers or folks headed to a Blackhawks or Bulls game
