Great Place to stay for being near bars, restaurants and shopping. Great Location! Love this hotel. Rooms are awesome, staff is excellent. Will go back again. Within walking distance to Rush Street and Michigan, As well as the Navy Pier.

We had a wonderful stay. The Omni is a very comfortable hotel and conveniently located to some great restaurants and other activities north of the river. The room was clean, quiet and spacious and the staff was very accommodating.

We had a problem with check-in as the 'getaroom.com' booking service severely messed up our reservation and the front desk staff at the Omni said we had no reservation for that night. After driving for 61/2 hours into Chicago, that is not what you want to hear. But, the reception clerk gave us a nice room anyway and we were...

We stayed at the Omni as we needed a suite and Embassy Suites was full. So glad it was as this will be our new go to suite in Chicago. The front desk staff were wonderful! They looked at us when we were checking in and talked to us versus the computer screen. In fact all staff greeted us with...

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The deluxe suite gave us plenty of room to spread out and entertain guests. The front desk staff and Concierge were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Bedroom was small, but living room made up for it.

We were in a 1 bedroom suite..loved almost everything about it...but for the life of me cannot figure out why there were 3 mirrors for this suite and ALL of them in the bathroom (and the floor length mirror was on the door in front of the toilet...rather than outside the door in the living area)..I know it's a little...

We just got back from a 3 night stay at the Chicago Omni. We stay there every time we visit Chicago (about 3 times a year) and we are always impressed with this hotel. Mirham the bell captain treats us like old friends upon arrival. The rooms are great and have just been recently updated, and the location is excellent!

Great location and great customer service. Friendly hotel staff. I was in Chicago primarily for business, but I extended my stay and had my family join me. The staff was very accomadating to my family and went out of their way to make sure our trip was fun and relaxing.

The rooms, service and location are great and at a fair price. Omni's frequent stay program is very good. After 10 stays you get a free night's stay. They will occasionally upgrade you to bigger suite at not cost. Hotel and rooms have been updated with more comfortalbe furniture and beds.

I love Omni hotels. They are always beautiful, well maintained and staffed with the most incredible people in the business. The Chicago Omni continues this tradition - in spades. This Omni is all suites, and they're lovely. Well laid out, functional and luxurious. From the moment you arrive curbside until you check-out, everyone is focused on making your stay comfortable...

Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale. Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.
